Needed LOBSTAH for a Mainiac’s Birthday. Picked up a couple of live 2 ½ pounders, huge tasty Maine scallops, Sweeeeeet Corn and heirloom taters. My wife says she’ll stay with me another year. Oh, by the way the lobster was only $ 12.99 per pound. Thanx, Sentelles for saving my marriage.

Sentelle’s has been in business since 1962. I’ve been a customer for two years and have alway been impressed with their fresh seafood selection. Recently, they have been adding some changes to the grocery side of the store that really excites me. They are transitioning to «an all natural specialty shop». Their new stock includes several gourmet items that I usually have to travel to Asheville to find. Many Asian, Italian and other products only available in gourmet shops in the city. Many of the new items are«local, all natural, organic, gluten-free, vegan or non-GMO foods.» They have also added a live lobster tank to the seafood side. They receive seafood deliveries several time a week and there are constant updates to their Facebook page. Their Facebook page also has some great recipes in the notes section. In addition to seafood they also have steaks, thick-cut pork chops, andouille sausage and Tasso ham!
