I live nearby this place, but surprisingly I only visit once a year. Shame on me because the products are WONDERFUL. The biscotti are my favorite, either traditional or almond. They have sample jars to taste before buying. The store is extremely small, like no joke. I love when they make new batches of their goodies because the aroma fills my neighborhood. During the holiday seasons, they make special holiday treats, I like the chocolate covered coffee beans. I believe they are also partnered with Bella Frutta(recently renamed to ENZO’S TABLE). That place is also very cool. This business also has an online store which is amazing for those who don’t live in Clovis, but love the store. My siblings love the tasty treats even though they live in different states.

Locally made with local produce is just about as good as it gets. I’ve bough Rosetti’s biscotti at Whole Foods for years, loving the pistachio-cranberry the best. Even better, though, than locally produced, is when you can buy the products right out of the kitchen in which they are made. Rosetti’s in Clovis allows you to do just that. Not only can you select any of the great biscottis, even buying one slice at a time, but you can get some of their other fine products as well. Their almond bark is a favorite example. Rosetti’s is open Monday-Saturday. I recommend you come in from Clovis Avenue as the entrance off of Sierra can be a bit tricky. Parking is in the gravel lot right out front. The store is teeny-tiny and chocked to the rafters with all the good products.

For those of you who don’t visit the Central Valley — Clovis is right behind Fresno. I accidentally ran into this shop — «Biscotti» in big letters — called to me. So if you are ever around the area — make a trip to this quaint little shop full of yummy goodies. Of course, I was there for the biscotti — they had quite a variety. You could buy them singly or in 4, 8 or 16 oz sizes. Check out their website. I like they were very helpful and didn’t hover around. In addition — I found organic quinoa and bulgur at a reasonable price. They make their own macaroons and they sell an almond paste that I have never seen before — since I’m TRYING to cut back on sugar(I know biscotti has sugar in it but I’ve rationalized it as a biscuit so it doesn’t have as much sugar…) I didn’t buy any but it looked good. I love the fact that it seems their business is attached to someone’s home. No commute for somebody. Nice.

Rosetti’s is great! The baskets are beautiful and full of great goodies. My family gets a basket for every holiday. The biscotti bark is my favorite, but you really can’t go wrong here. I recommend you stop in and have a look around – the inside is really cute and the staff is super friendly
