I love the open floor plan of this apartment. They accept dogs (with breed restrictions). It is a very clean and quite community. The girls in the office are very nice. But it gets very hot in the units there is a celing fan but in the kitchen. Plus there are ants, frogs, spiders, roaches, and snails.

Run away!!! Do not move here, I dont care if it’s the last place on earth! You’re better off making a tent under the freeway! Slum lords just took over a few months ago since they have made a hidden way thru a loop hole to raise the rent
While making a profit from (over) charging us water, sewer, and trash $ 70 billed by an outside company and charging a service fee allowable by a loop hole in the laws. It used to be quiet and seemed okay now you might as well throw a fence around it and call it Clovis projects, it screams section 8 through out the complex now. There’s weeds all over taller than the trees, trash, and filth every where. Oh and do you want to get out of your lease? Hahahahahahahaha good luck! F#@$ing run!

I liked the location, the appearance of the units, our little patio, the main office and employees, and the location. Although it is right next to the freeway, it wasn’t that loud.
However, some pretty crazy things happened while I was living here (within the time-​span of 2 years):
A fire, a break-​in, and a murder.
Keep in mind I was born and raised in Fresno so I have REALLY low standards.
