Old Navy

Always clothes all over on the floor and piles up I don’t know how they think you can find anything you’d want to buy
I gave it another chance after the holidays and same thing
Won’t be back

This place is a shit show. Along with the idiotic «manager» PAUL. this store is such a wreck that when you get items off the floor… the price is COMPLETELY different at the register. When you get an item off the shelf for the price it states. and it rings up more than what the price on the shelf is… you give it to the customer for that price. ESPECIALLY when there are multiples of the SAME EXACT item in the same spot. It is not my fault that management cant get a hold of this store and keep it put together enough. Then you have to deal with uneducated staff that has no idea what they are doing. Store is disgusting and clothes are thrown all over and staff stands around making fun customers.

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE Old Navy, but this store is unbelievable. No matter what time of day I come in here (right when they open, afternoon, night) this store is an absolute disaster. They really need to get ahold of this store and turn it around… the main question is who’s managing this place? Get it cleaned up! Old Navy has so much to offer and this store is not keeping up its end.

Went in looking for a holiday sweater for family pictures. Instead I found the worst mess I have ever seen in a clothing store. It looked like a clothes bomb had gone off in the store and it was less than an hour after they opened. Never even been in a used store that looked this trashy. I will not return to this store.

Store is a disaster and looks like a tornado came through all the time. It’s obvious they no longer take any time trying to put anything back in its place.

I came here to do some Christmas shopping, and maybe it was just picked over because of that, but I found that the store had no style at all. I’ve always been happy with the children section of Old Navy but they didn’t have anything that I would buy my kids for Christmas. Nothing that I would buy my husband as well. I didn’t even bother looking in the women’s department because I was so disappointed. I probably won’t be back to shop here, hopefully they have a better selection most of the time…
