Worst service I’ve experienced. This is literally the 5^th-​6^th time they’ve messed up my prescriptions. Switching immediately

The «so called» manager Ernesto at cvs on sunnyside and Herndon is a complete jerk and should not be a manager. He does not listen to customers, messed up my return, and does not know how to do his job. Had to raise my voice at him after trying to explain to him over and over about a return! I’ve never met a manager more
careless then him! Now that I know he is the manager, I’ll think twice about letting him help me!

Fron the outside this place looks pretty dead. But theyre actually open pretty late. Since I was traveling a long distance in a few days, decided to pick up a few things for the road. Guy working there was actually pretty helpful and got me going with what I needed. Customer service sometimes shows up in strange hours.
