Got the phone I wanted here when best buy was out of stock. Was helped by Ahmad and he new everything I had questions for. I have had problems with buying a new phone before and I felt liked they made the process quick and simple.

Been waiting in line now 20 mins. All I want to do is buy a phone charger. I have NOT been acknowledged. They are helping other customers but it is so annoying that they cant acknowledge what I need and ring me up really quick between helping the customer that they have. She is just starting at the computer screen. If I was working here I would at least acknowledge the customer and determine what they need. This is ridiculous

How can i start this… WOW!!! This place can be awarded the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD… Never again will i go there again. Glenn, Louis, and Robert are definitely individuals who need to be FIRED!!! They have no People/​Professional skills.
