I Hate this Lowe’s. Several times visiting this horrible customer service store. Tried to buy a deep freezer. No one around in appliances at all. Saw an employee in another dept and asked for help. Big mistake. Attitude and anger was, what I got. I told her which one and she said… show me, and walked off. I showed her and she walked to register to where the other lady over the dept had returned. They began arguing about how this was HER dept and she was soon to get off. I got embarrassed because of their unprofessional behavior and said forget it. They just looked at me and kept arguing. Ridiculous. Thought I’d speak to a manager but every salesperson I looked at hurriedly looked away and I just decided to leave.
Bah Humbug !
And I also notice on here that every negative review gets placed in the «not recommended file»
Why is that? The truth is the truth. Regardless of who recommends it.

I love this Lowe’s! You cannot walk five feet without some helpful clerk making sure if you need help! Painting our house has begun and using the My Lowes account to track paint colors and other essential information is awesome! This is our hometown store and I am happy to shop here!!!
