This store is horrible. The manager Sarah Beaghan is a b**ch. She has attitude problems. Was completely rude to me. Never will I ever go back to this location. Verizon needs to fire her. I went in to do a return they completely messed up my account and I had to call her back the next day to make sure they fixed the problem. It took almost a month for her to do her freakin job. She was completely nasty to me because I kept reminding her to do her job!

This is the worst Verizon store I ever been. I was a loyalty Verizon customer for more then 7years. When one day I decide to take advantage of the promotion where you trade your old phone and get $ 300 on the purchase of a new phone, I try to add my wife new line with my. So when I first enter the store note that there where more people there that day that before. After talked to one of the Verizon seller and manager of the store and chose the phone that I want. They ask me if I what to buy any accessories I denied then buying any cause Verizon price on screen protector or accessories to high. When I came from my car to give the phone and explained to used the $ 300 on the purchase of the new phone they told me that they where going to give me the accessories free. So I Took them. After wait for more then 1hour so they can get the phone activated I run out cause I was going late to work and find out that my phone is not receive/or transmit any calls. It took me all afternoon calling customer service to get my phone working again. After got my phone working and check my Verizon bill online found that the $ 300 of the trade show only 200 and there is a charge on 100 for accessories that I didn’t authorize. when to the store next day talk to manager George Williams who after explain what happened told me that my phone that trade is gone and he can give my money back. I said yes. After 2weeks today I when and talk to manager of the store George Williams to find out that he didn’t said that And I can get my phone or money back. Also that day I when he said those guys that help me are not from the store there doing training. I’m very disappoint with Verizon what they did to me is illegal, to charge accessories that I didn’t want it. No more Verizon.

Horrible customer service. I came in on my lunch break and waited over an hour for nothing. The heavy set guy behind the counter spent more time bragging about his acting career with customers than working. Dude, you’re a verizon employee, do your job. The other employees just charged their own devices and hung out with each other. Even the security guy was charging his phone and on it. Just take your business to Alexandria’s Verizon store.

I arrived at this store at 6:03 p.m. on Sunday, December 28 after checking online for the time they closed, which was reflected as 7 p.m. online, only to find a security guard at the locked door. I was advised by the guard that they closed at 6 pm and he could not let me in. I showed him my phone screen and the displayed SIM card error which was preventing my phone from working. As someone who was about to go on last minute travel, I was willing to buy a new phone or do whatever I needed to in order to get my phone working, so I asked him to check with the manager to see what could be done to help me. He returned to the door and stated that the manager told him that he could not let me in… despite the fact that there were SEVERAL customers still in the store and that their site stated that they were open until 7pm. So I asked him to have the manager come to the door to tell me that himself, which he did. I advised the manager that I found his decision to be less than customer friendly, especially given the circumstances. His reply was that it was illegal for him to let me in, at which point I knew I was fighting a losing battle, as he clearly thought I was a special type of stupid, if he thought that I believed that there is a statute on Maryland’s books that involve Verizon Wireless. I will never return to that store again! And if it weren’t for the contract I signed with Verizon that requires my arm, leg, and a few viable eggs to break it, I would no longer be a customer.

Visited this store today so my sister could get her Note 4 that she purchased on sale for $ 149 on Dec 23rd. She received an email confirmation on Dec 24th to pick the phone up. Unfortunately she worked a 12 hour shift from 8a-8p and wasn’t able to pick it up. The store was closed on Christmas and now we’re her to pick up the phone. Verizon will not honor this sale price being as though we’re picking the phone up after the sale was over. The manager stated that since we didn’t pick it up during the sale dates. We can no longer get this sale. We have email confirmation that we have 4 days to get this item & we’re here on the 3rd day. Spoke with the manager Sarah Beaghan and she confirmed that even though we did an online order. They will not honor it due to the fact that the sale is over even though we were locked in online. Wouldn’t advise going to this store. Take your business elsewhere.
