This is an ok Starbucks location. It is pretty nice on the inside and proves to be a decent meeting place for small groups of four or less, studying or reading. I think the highlight of the Clinton Starbucks is the drive-​thru. As someone who generally comes inside the store for service, I always feel the those who do the drive-​thru probably get faster service. That’s how it seems… when you’re waiting anyway.
I don’t really eat the pastries or sandwiches, but other people seem to like them just fine and order them often. The atmosphere is usually pretty calm. The tables and floors are always clean and tidy. This is the only Starbucks I come to where my coffee is not served too hot. I can almost drink it immediately after receiving it. Very glad they decided to move out of the Safeway and create a stand-​a-​alone store. That was the best thing they could have done!

One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to in a long time. Staff is efficient and very personable. Drinks of course are always just right. When you’re in a hurry and want great personal service stop here.

I have been to this location several times, the majority of the time I have received bad customer service. Some employees/​managers do not seem to care about making the customer happy. I have run across a couple of good Starbucks Partners. No bags for your purchase, did not wrap a ceramic mug in tissue, did not want to honor the Gold Rewards Refill Policy as outlined on the Starbucks website. One ot the Managers is rude.

Listen, I have nothing but praises for this particular Starbucks. I LOVE the fact that they open at 5am during the work week. And when I say open, they are actually READY to service customers and not just walking in the door looking crazy.
My very favorite barista is Ms. Kera (sp?). She is truly awesome – A sweetheart. She makes some great drinks & is very friendly (Amazing Customer Service Skills!) The other baristas are really skilled and nice as well. I work very early in the morning and this Starbucks opens at the perfect time. It is also conveniently located, well at least for me it is, lol, WITH a fast drive-​thru!!! Wowzer!
Certainly no complaints from me… keep up the stellar work. You have a customer for life. :)))

We ordered a grande dark and orange mango smoothie. We were disappointed at best. The service is sub par and the company itself has poor security on their gift cards. Beware buying any gift cards from starbucks!

I love this Starbucks they have a Drive Thru and the staff was so nice and accommodating! It was such a nice experience, the cashier was extra friendly and even convinced me to get a slice of lemon pound cake
My drink was done to perfection and I was very happy with the entire visit

Good service usually but doesnt seem to handle busy days well. Lines can be rather long, particularly on Sunday mornings, when everybody in town decides they wanna get turned up for church.

If you love Starbucks, you love Starbucks, right? Nothing takes its place for espresso drinks. I’m not a fan of the coffee. If I want coffee, I go somewhere else. Yes, this is a busy location. You might not want to stop by when in a rush, but my order is always quick and accurate. The chai latte is the business!
The baristas are always nice no matter how busy they get. I love the variety of personalities there. I have a secret (not anymore) obsession with Todd. His hair and makeup are always perfect.

OMG! This Starbucks is the BEST thing to be built in that shopping center! I love and live at this Starbucks! The staff are friendly, the pastries are delicious, and the drinks are the BOMB​.COM! OMG! My fave things to get are the Double Chocolatey Chip Frappé, A Warmed Up Oatmeal Cookie, or a Cool Lime Refresher! I love this Starbucks, and the best part is… THEY HAVE FREE WIFI! So if you’re ever looking for some good coffee, delicious pastries, friendly staff, and FREE WIFI, then Starbucks is the place to be!

Wow! Clinton, Md. has changed and I mean changed! This place is super busy & has to be one of the highest producing locations in the DMV. I mean there was standing room only and table filled with business going on like crazy. Ok, I get it with Safeway, Lowes, and WalMart in the parking lot helps. No complaints only this venue needed to be built larger to accommodate the mass amount of customers.

This is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever stopped into. Came in here to grab green tea and an iced latte while traveling to Southern Maryland for the weekend. Wow, the line was almost out the door. So I had my BF wait in line while I used the restroom and vice versa. Restrooms were clean. Staff was soooooo slow… and the person in fronted me tried to order a green tea and some type of pastry and they were out of both. Seriously, I get the pastry being out but how do you run out of green tea? Well I opted for the Tazo Iced Green Tea in the bottle and my BF got what he wanted but this trip took approx 30 minutes. Terrible service.

I come here to sit and study. Starbucks simply doesn’t have good coffee, so i’m not going to complain about the variations in flavor every time I order my chai tea latter. This is one of the only places to sit and do homework, it has a fair amount of seating for the amount of traffic that comes through and ample plugs. Unlike the starbucks in DC, I have never not been able to sit and plug up my laptop. The service is always quick for me, but the flavors can vary. Then again, it’s starbucks. If you want a good cup of coffee, and are a coffee aficionado you shouldn’t be here in the first place. But if you’re looking for caffeine and WIFI this place is perfect. Did i mention it has parking?! Oh the perks of the suburbs.

Every morning I have to get up early and make sure I get my venti Chai Latte! The people at this Starbucks make it very well. Once I had it I got hooked and now they trapped me. The service is very good and never a long wait to get what you want. I highly recommend everyone to try the Chai tea latte!!!

Drive thru is convenient. But be warned, this Starbucks location is pretty ratchet. Staff is not as pleasant and knowledgable as you’d expect at Starbucks. Too often I have to have them remake my drink (double tall iced white mocha skim milk no whip). I know it’s a tall order, but geesh… I’d go to another location if there was one closer… :(

You know what you get with Starbucks when you go to a place you’re not familiar with and it’s the only coffee shop around. The only thing making this trip good was the company kept. I’m not the biggest fan of Starbucks having found other mom and pop coffee shops that serve truly tasty and less acidic java other parts of the country. I can compare coffees.
I would come back for familiarity sake but that’s about it.

I love that there is a drive-​thru here but the coffee isnt always as good via the drive thru! weird huh? with that said — my husband is now use to me doing the drive-​thru during inclement weather.
This location is not as «peppy» as the downtown DC locations — they seem very dry and reserved. I want some EXCITEMENT with my coffee. LOL
