I was first introduced to Neil’s pizzeria almost 7 years ago! I have tried other pizza places and by far this is still my favorite. Everything I have eaten has been absolutely delicious! cooked to perfection and always fresh! I moved almost 25 minutes away, and once a month I make the drive for my pizza salad and sandwiches! It’s so worth it! Tell them Pina sent you! Ciao!

Good pizza however the guy who is always there making the pizza(I’m assuming the owner Neil) is SO rude. We have been there a few times and he always has such an attitude. Don’t bother to ask him a question about the menu you will get a snarky response back.

Absolutely terrible pizza. Requested a well done pizza, dough was like chewing gum. No taste at all. Sauce and cheese extremely bland. totally disappointing and will never order again. totally feel ripped off with this pizza.

Love this place! We order from here all the time. Very courteous on the phone, food always done on time & quality is awsome. We always kill the large pie with whatever toppings or no toppings. Mozzarella sticks are so good you can eat them as leftovers and they don’t lose their taste or stringyness which i LOVE! Chicken parm sandwich SOOOOGOOOD! I’ve not ordered n e thing from here i did not like and whenever my boyfriend goes and picks up, they are always so nice. If u haven’t been, must try!

The chicken Caesar salad is good. Only thing that I don’t like is every time my job calls to get the food delivered, the delivery guy counts his tip and makes faces when he thinks he didn’t get enough. He even complained about his tip one day. They’re literally 3 blocks up the street and he expects like a $ 10 tip. Not professional on his end.

With all the good pizza places in North Jersey, Neils stands out with their square pie. Its the best i’ve had outside of Brooklyn. Anytime im in the area I swing through for a slice of square pie whether I’m hungry or not!

By far the worst order I have gotten from a pizza place in the area. I even created a Unilocal just to tell this place how much they suck. You ask for potatoes in your cheesesteak and they say yea we got potatoes and they just put French fries in it. Doesn’t taste the same at all. Mozzarella sticks were garbage. I even called back to tell them and they said«yea French fry is potato«so I said what if I ordered French fries would you give me an order of hash browns and say«hash brown like French fry, both potato ?» I wish I could give a –1 star

Best pizza in North nj. I drive 30 min to get Neil’s even though there are several places 5 min away. Also love their sandwiches and chicken parm.

EXCELLENT Mussels and fried calamari. Pizza is very doughy. Their sauce is excellent, especially the hot spicy marinara. Very consistent good Italian fare!

The food and pizza is A-OK. But yesterday, the kids ordered from the menu that Neil has posted on line. They carefully picked because they only had a limited amount of cash. When the delivery came it was more than they had figured and had to refuse the sodas. Today, I called the owner to see if there was a mistake. He said that the prices on line are different than the real prices and that the prices on line have to be changed. But he did not make me feel that that would happen any time soon or that it was a high priority. So, taking nothing away from their food or service, I would advise that if you order from their menu on line, ask them the price of each item to avoid sticker shock when the delivery arrives.

We never ordered anything else from them besides pizza, mozzarella sticks and hot subs, but they all are delicious every time. I’m sure other things they offer are just as good, so we will be trying them too in the future. Every time we go for a pick up there are lots of other customers, but the wait is never long. And when we order delivery(usually on Friday and Saturday nights) they say it will take 50 minutes, but we never wait more than 30! Delivery guy is always very pleasant too.

Been going there for a long time. Never had anything bad to say. Good service from a good business. I remember when my friend Joey worked there. He always spoke highly about the people that worked inside and it was never anything negative. I’ve been going in for a few years and it’s great to see how positive they are day in and day out.

If you like doughy pizza, Neil’s is your place. I’m a thin crust gal myself but this place is all right. They don’t skimp on toppings which is pretty cool but they don’t put on enough sauce. Thicker crust pizzas need more sauce to complement the dough and I don’t believe Neil’s has nailed the sauce/crust combo yet. Their delivery is quick and on time. Their prices are reasonable. Good caesar salad. Buffalo chicken sandwich was huge and only $ 6.50 but it was a little dry. They give you a side of bleu cheese with it but it wasn’t enough.

I like my pizza very doughy and saucy, and Neil’s has never failed to deliver! I’m not a fan of cardboard with can sauce on it. If I order pizza, I want PIZZA. Neil’s has the best tasting pizza in the area, by far. They also have excellent subs and don’t stinge you if you ask for any extra toppings. They aim to please which is a something a lot of companies are too cheap to honor anymore.

Great place! Always order delivery from here when working at St. Joseph’s hospital. The chicken pizza pie and mushroom pizza are great! Also the chicken parm hot sandwich is delish. Fries were okay. They have a good selection of food so it’s a good variety for everyone. Highly recommend!

More cheese is needed on the Sicilian. The crunch is good, but the sauce was a little light. The regular slice is ok. Not as crisp as I prefer but it had more cheese than the Sicilian. This is the only pizzeria I’ve tried in Clifton so far. The place is definitely busy during lunch. Seating is limited, best bet is to call in and take it back to the office if you have a group bigger than 4. There’s a $ 10 minimum on all cards. A Sicilian, a regular, and a Snapple will run you $ 6 and some change. Not a bad lunch, but I’ll see if there’s better. That’s what I do…
