I’ve been to many subways before and I make it a point to avoid this one. Every visit I have ever had has been awful. Last time I as there the guy sat and look at this phone with one glove on and half my sandwich made on the counter. It was very odd. And then the guys ringing me out didn’t say hi didn’t tell me a total and didn’t talk to me at all actually until my receipt came out. Both employees immediately rushed over to the side tables to sit down on their phones while I’m still at the register gathering my lunch. I have never seen a manager there and it is by far the worst subway in Clifton park. Stay away

I work at this subway but I promise you I am not being partial, this is the largest and nicest subway I’ve seen yet, the people I work with are amazing and they truly care for this business and its owner, we as employees take great pride in working here… I promise if you come in you will receive great service!

I have been to many subway stores. However the employee Mike that is there treated me like complete. Nothing but attitude and disrespect. He was chewing gum while making my sandwich. With his mouth wide open. Very disrespectful and called the owner to let him know what his employees are doing and how they are treating his guest. Don’t know if he will actually look into it. One thing is for sure I will not be going to that subway again.

A couple of weeks ago I went into this Subway around 8:15AM for breakfast and a menu to order lunch for a work party. The manager was working(female) she was in the back behind a wall out of site. I said hello and I received no response, i said it two more times each time getting louder. She came out and told me she didn’t appreciate being yelled at in a very very snotty way. I am the customer. It got worse from there and we BOTH exchanged unpleasant words very unpleasant words. She told me to get out never come back or she would call the police. I left, I went back in a few minutes later and was planing on apologizing for what I said, she appeared again turned her back and walked away. I called the owner later that day and he did not even let me speak, he said to stay out of his restaurant or else! I will NEVER visit SUBWAY again, and I am telling all that I know in this area who I know go there about this experience. I hope they change there business practices and start thinking about who the customer really is. They missed out on a $ 220.00 lunch order. I did tell the owner that and he said he didn’t want our money. I assure you he won’t get it either. I wrote the Subway corp, phoned them and emailed them. THEYHAVEDONENOTHING.

Jared would be proud. OK, I know. It’s a Subway; hard to tell one from another. Same menu, same art on the wall, same cool little knives for the sandwiches. There isn’t much difference from one store to another… until you eat here. The food was predictable – exactly the way I thought it would be(which is always better than your average fast food place). The service, however, was unpredictably great! The people behind the counter were fast with the food and consistently friendly with the customers. I even managed to get some extra napkins without having to go back and ask. The restaurant was conspicuously clean, bright and well-furnished. It is obvious that the owners and employees of this Subway take pride in their restaurant. It’s not the«same old.» Visit this Subway. You might become a regular.
