I’m giving it two stars not because I didn’t absolutely love the product, but because I can get this product on-​line so I’m rating this on service alone.
First of all the person who waited on us looked like she was hung over. Everything about her appearance was off, and she looked like talking was the most exhausting process ever. She also couldn’t stand up with out leaning on anything. We were ordering a basket for my grandmother, and we wanted to have chocolate fruit in it but she said it’d take an extra hour to get chocolate fruit. We believed her, but then got brought out two pieces of chocolate bananas to sample. When we returned after to get our basket, she said that they had run out of disposable coolers but didn’t know how to do a refund. Instead of offering my mother anything, she just thought that it was okay to charge her for the reusable one that needs to be returned. Eventually, she gave my mom a box of chocolate dipped fruit instead of refunding her card.
I’d really like to know why A. They have a box of chocolate dipped fruit that couldn’t be placed in the arrangement or B. Why she didn’t offer to sell us a box of chocolate dipped fruit if it can’t be put in the arrangement?
My mom probably said 5 or 6 times that she was disappointed about the chocolate fruit, is she sure she can’t get us chocolate fruit, this is so sad, the chocolate fruit is her favorite, and not once did the sales clerk, who apparently was «new» and didn’t know how to do refunds offer any way for us to get chocolate dipped fruits.
It just honestly wasn’t worth the hassle. I may still get arrangements cause they are delicious, but probably never again at this store.
