Great product selection, fair prices. Lots of little gems here such as different flavors of goji berries. Love the goji berry options. I wish they had later hours but it’s still not a bad place for fresh produce.

I absolutely love this place! It’s a short walk from my house and I pass it every night on my way home. I went in one day after passing it by for years and was pleasantly surprised. I’m not really sure what I was expecting — maybe poor quality and rip-off prices — but that is NOT what you get at Juno. Everything is fresh and priced fairly. The employees are all nice and helpful. Street parking can be a pain but there is a small lot behind the building(off Columbia Ave) that you can park in. I stop in here for quick week night dinners to throw together, or when I forget to pick up some produce item at ShopRite. Like I said, I absolutely love this place. I’m probably in here twice a week just picking something up.

Since I no longer go in my wife popped in for n emergency kiwi, she touched one and went to touch another as they were rock hard, the owner yelled from the front, «stop touching fruit!» Of course the one she brought home was bitter and not ripe. Being in the produce industry I want to give advice, you have to touch fruit when you buy it!!! I understand he buys cases from the cheapy peddlers, but he could if he is going to sell, he could look and touch what he’s buying, I know with the larger, newer, clean fruit market opening soon Juno won’t last under this owner but if he plans on reopening down the line, and produce will be important to his sales, he should learn about buying and selling produce, and what customers mean to a business as well,

Small place full of awesome variety. Though it’s not open at all hours like some big name groceries, Juno is close to my home, so I tend to come here for quick produce shopping. One minus I would say is the hassle it is to find street parking. To shop here you need extra time to find street parking(a worthy feat in itself) or a get-away driver idling nearby. I normally come equipped with the latter, making grocery shopping a two person job. Though I’m a regular and generally have no trouble frequenting Juno, there’s one bad experience I must mention. I came home after shopping at Juno and realized that the cashier had charged me double for an item. It wasn’t a costly item, probably only a few dollars, and as a regular I thought I could just go back to the store and be taken at my word. When I went back and told the owner, he refused to acknowledge the mistake. It was a big disappointment since I’ve been a regular for years. I’m sure such a mistake could happen anywhere, but it think it was handled very poorly by the owner. Honestly after that experience I boycotted Juno for some time. So just a tip, check your receipt twice just to be sure everything is in order.

Love this place. Fruits and veggies are so fresh. The place isn’t big but have a lot of variety. I read the previous comments and would like to try the fresh bread. I am originally from Peru and this place reminds me of the fresh markets in my country. You just can walk to the store, amazing. I feel like home :)

I LOVE this place. It’s a gem smack-dab in the middle of Cliffside Park. The place reminds me a lot of the produce market I used to frequent back when I lived in upper Manhattan. The packaged produce carries the same labels, only it has the«Juno» name. I’m pretty sure they have the same supplier. What I love about this place: * Fresh produce and lots of choices. I’ve always found it to be fresh. * Packaged fresh fruits, like watermelon cubes and pineapple slices. Those are things I LOVE, but they they are a pain to cut up. * Fresh flowers. * Nice selection of teas. * Yummy beverages. They have the sorts of drinks you’d find at Whole Foods. * Yummy chocolates and sweets. Negative: * The price. They have a $ 10 minimum on credit cards, but that won’t be a problem. Everything is very over priced. I love that this place is so close. When I get homesick for Manhattan, I can just go here.

So, so quality. If you want fresher produce, go to Fairway Market or H-Mart in Fort Lee. Also, went there last year to purchase a few things totaling under $ 10. I gave the person behind the counter(which I think was one of the owners) a $ 20. He gave me change for a $ 10. When I looked at the change, he immediately told me I gave him a $ 10. Strange, because I didn’t say anything to him. I feel he did this on purpose. I haven’t been back since.

The produce(herbs, vegetables, fruits) is always fresh. They carry a range of dry goods(pasta, rice, beans — regular and organic/natural brands); ditto for fruit preserves and peanut butters. Like Ares S said: the store is clean, and the service is quick and courteous. The prices are lower than Fairway, A & P, ShopRite.
