Because Where else can you get Blimpies/white castle/and cheesey bread delivered at 2am. This place is amazing!

The quality has really gone down. The sauce on the pizza is super sweet and it either comes over cooked or undercooked. Used to be our go to place — no longer.

While looking up the phone number for this spot last week, I was shocked to find out I have yet to write a review on this establishment! Shame on me, because people should know about this place! I have been ordering delivery from Fresh Hot Pizza for about 7 years now. This is one of the only businesses in the area that deliver until 3am. So for those who are craving some food at late night hours, this is the spot to turn to, so for that alone I have been forever grateful. However, I personally would not order from here during the day or early night, because there are other places that offer better quality food for delivery during that time. Delivery time is usually 45 mins. to an hour depending on the time and day you order the food. There is also no delivery charge. The food here as I said before isn’t «the best,» but edible and satisfying especially after a night out. Over the years, I have had the chance to try a bunch of different foods they offer here. What is really cool is that it is both a pizza place and a Blimpies all in one. Pretty sweet right? Even though the name for the establishment is Fresh Hot Pizza– the pizza isn’t exactly hot all the time, its a hit or a miss. My persona favorite is the thin crust which are yummy and crispy The marinara sauce here is a little cheap in my opinion and has an awkward flavor to it, but once again, its not the worst. The cheesy bread is pretty darn awesome, I actually had it for the first time ever last week and can’t believe I haven’t tried it until recently! Do yourself a favor and just get it! The buffalo wings, are alright. In my opinion, the mild ones are even a little too spicy but it is what is it. For blue cheese, they also only have it in little packets. The sandwiches are good. They have quite a few choices and are not cheap with the meat they put on it. Overall, a solid a three star rating because this place really is A-OK!

Let me start off by saying props to them, you can always count on them for being open and delivering realllyyyyy late. The best thing they have is the cheesy bread, way better then Pizza Hut dominoes or any pizza place for that matter. They load it with so much cheese and it always comes nice and hot. The pizza isn’t AMAZING, but for the price and convenance of delivering at 1AM I’m not complaining at all. Thumbs up!

Chances are your ordering here at after midnight if not then you’re getting blimpie sandwiches. Blimpie is good besides last time I went there, they were pretty light on meat and cheese. However, past 1am chances are you’re stoned or high so anything is good at this point. It’s a munchies spot. They’re cheesy bread is amazing though, better than dominos and Pizza Hut. Best cheesy bread I must say and they’re wings are also very good but i would stay clear from pizza. If your ordering from here it’s more than likely because nothinf else is open. They are the only place in northern nj that delivers after midnight that is why they get 4 stars. They did just get a new guy doing blimpie sandwhiches who is very light/cheap with the meat and cheeses which Is why I have to give 3 stars.

Respects for being open until 3 am. All your favorite midnight snacks for great prices… Subs, pizza, cheesy bread, wings, burgers, etc. They’re pretty busy so you might have to wait a little bit but it’s worth it. I highly recommend the cheesy bread(really addicting and dangerous for your butt, but idc) Will def continue to order from here in the future!

Listen… Bombshit props for being the ONLY game in town… (N BERGEN, CLIFFSIDE, WNY, FTLEE, FAIRVIEW, ETC.) As late as 345, i know through experience… That being said, the foods pretty good considering the price point. Pizza thats better than Dominos. Blimpie subs n good wings on the cheap. Sweet. Just sayin… never expect an eta as theres 1 dude that answers the phones 82% of the time. And hes always salty and hes always busy… respect homes. But… And ive told this guy MULTIPLETIMES… Just be honest w me. Listen, if i gotta wait an hour and a half. At 3 oclock in the a.m. cool. SAYSO if it might take longer than that… SAYSO if u dont n i call u after an hour and 15 mins, which has happened multiple time btw, lol… Tell me hey bro u might be waiting 2 hours. And im cool. But dont be a prick n kinda make me wanna jump in the car n sort it out. I know restaurant bisz. Been doin it 4 almost 20 yrs. And i am greatful 4 this place. Alls im sayin is dull the attitude and at least let me know the truth. Its easier 2 handle that way… and the masses can remain happy…

This spot HAS to get 5 stars, it’s not gourmet food but what do you expect at 3am! Great late night hole in the wall to grab a quick sandwich. Can’t go wrong with a Blimpie best!

This is a great little sub shop. Open super late … proprietor told me that they were officially open until 2 am but usually stayed open to 3 am; must be a late night crowd rush. I had the Blimpies Best … brought back a lot of memories from childhood. I got a Blimpies Best foot long to go and watched them actually slice the meat to sandwich order. Much different than Subway which has pre-sliced meat. All ingredients were very fresh. I got the foot long which I thought was pricey for $ 10(yes, brainwashed by $ 5 foot long commercials) but then realized, it was wayyyyyyy too much food for one person. This Blimpies is very generous with its meat and vegetables and the sandwich is very substantial. I’m sure Jared doesn’t eat here.

DONOTORDERFROMHERE. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I’ve never had their pizza but I’ve had their so-called Blimpie sandwiches. The first occasion they gave me stale bread on my sandwich, when I approached them about it, they were quite unapologetic. So I didn’t eat there again for about a year. Then the other day I ordered a turkey sub for delivery. Everything seemed to turn out okay. Then the next day I see my bank account and found that they charged me $ 12 for one turkey sub. I called him about it and he said they have a $ 10 minimum for delivery, which of course no one told me. It’s common practice to tell a customer that piece of information so they can order something else so that it adds up to the minimum or over. This is the first time in my life that a business decided to charge what they felt like for an item as opposed to telling you the disclosures. When I mentioned this to him, he preceded to curse at me and say if I don’t like it, then don’t order from him. And I won’t.

One of northern New Jersey’s best-kept secrets. It’s a pizzeria that doubles as a Blimpie. You can order pizza pies or a hero/sub/hoagie sandwich late into the night. Very late, in fact! I personally have order at or even past 2am and later. This makes this a great place to call when throwing a party and you and your guests are in need of a food resupply or perfect for those after bar or club munchies that everyone gets after tossing back a few. As for the establishment itself, it can accommodate a small group of friends but it’s a pizza-place, young people hang-out at best. Good place to eat in but not to hang out if you have a license and are old enough to purchase alcohol. Nevertheless, the place is exceptionally clean and run quite professionally. Delivery times can sometimes be an issue, especially on weekends, but they have improved greatly since the first time I placed an order with them. Perhaps that may be due to the fact that this best-kept secret may not be so much of a secret at all.

Their pizza is good, they make decent sandwiches, and their wings and cheesy bread aren’t bad at all. I’m not giving them 5 stars because I’ve dealt with long waits for delivery and even pick up. I’ve even had them screw up an order here and there, but you can’t complain about the food. From where it’s coming from, it’s actually better than expected. They need to liven the place up a bit though. Make some new signs, clean up the place a bit. They still got old signs that they had to cut and paste new prices on them. Looks tacky and cheap.

Ehhh… Their takeout is BEYOND slow, and if you’re foolish enough to try and have it delivered, it’s even worse. And their food is bland at best(the potato salad is surprisingly good). They get one star for being open later than anyone else.

I love this place for what it is… For late night delivery there is no competition. Big fan of «cheesy bread»(amazing), and«thin crust pizza». fyi there is BLIMPI as well. Arun

Yes, it’s not real pizza. Yes, it used to be a domino’s. It actually tastes a little bit better than dominoes. BUT, they deliver to 3am and sometimes past 3am, and u cannot find that in northern nj. Plus, their friggin breadsticks are really, really good. garlic butter flavored. i will and have ordered this many, many times in my drunken state.

So one night I’m coming back from the north fork of Long Island. yeah back to the restaurant hell that is Northern New Jersey. It’s after 12 midnight and in hell, only crappy diners and McDonalds are open. Just when I was gonna commit a deadly sin and pull up to the drive-thru, I realized that those frozen pizza con artists also double as a Blimpie Shop… and they were wide awake OPEN. I figured Blimpie can’t be any worse than chicken mcnuggets and fries sitting in the fryer since 9pm so I took the risk. Well worth it, my fellow pigs! Lettuce was sliced julienne-thin, tomatoes were ruby red, and the cold cuts were sliced upon ordering your sandwich. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and I can’t believe I’m admitting that this sandwich was put together so fresh and tasty… coming from a Blimpie open after 12 midnight on a Saturday night. Good late night choice… the simple fact that THIS particular location slices their cold cuts to order and has fresh condiments almost made me forget they hoodwinked me with that bad pizza of theirs. Damn…Blimpie??? Tasting good??? At midnight??? I still can’t believe it!
