Add beans and water. The customer service at the kiosk was just enough to stay off the «bad» list, but not nearly good enough to rave about. I needed coffee, he provided said coffee, I paid and walked away. That’s that. I’d only stop here again if my flight was leaving out of a gate in this terminal.

Not at all bad for airport fare. I only ordered hot water for steep-​your-​own chai tea (the concentrate many places use is generally too saccharin for me). They had the milk I wanted as well as quite a few sweetener options, including honey, brown sugar and raw sugar.
My brother went up and ordered a banana strawberry smoothie and was quite taken by it, though I didn’t try it, so I can’t attest to its tastiness.
The only complaint I had was that the staff seemed to be having a lot of drama going on. One of the three was quite nice and, though not behind the counter, asked if there was anything he could help with. The barista was somewhat silent and sullen, not even acknowledging when I ordered, so that was a slight negative.

Cleveland Airport, D Concourse. A few pastries and coffee drinks. I didn’t try the tea, but instead, an iced Americano. It was delicious. Less expensive than the other airport competition, and fine/​fast. Wish they had more of these… unless you like tea, apparently (from the other review).

Worst hot chocolate ever. I actually wanted a cup of hot tea, but once I got up to order they said that the only tea available was the tea bags righ in front of me. A few ‘fruity’ teas and Lipton tea bags. I would’ve just taken a tea bag out of my carry on and added it to a cup of hot water. So instead I ordered a low-​fat hot chocolate. It looked like you could get some different shots of flavoring (Mint, Cherry, Banana Crème) but I just wanted it plain. Worst hot chocolate. Very blah. Barely any chocolate taste. No whipped cream. Pretty much steamed skim milk with some powder of chocolate. Not worth it. $ 2.39 for a Regular size.
If you have the time, cross over to main Terminal C and *I thnk* I saw a Starbucks there as I was changing terminals.
