EXCELLENT — the very best Gelato ever tasted — this is as Good as it gets — even better than in Little Italy and that is saying a lot! Just a perfect blend on your palate, creamy texture without being overly sweet. Miss, Miss, Miss the location in SouthPark Mall and the location at Valley View Cinemas same great taste, extremely inflated prices and only a few flavors and not one of which is Pistachio how does one own a Gelato stand without Pistachio Gelato! A standard!

One of the best cappuccinos I’ve ever had. So pleased to find such a treat at the airport. The service was quick and friendly. I didn’t have any gelato, but it looked delicious. Also, I love seeing affogato on the menu!

Truly a work of art. Their gelato is creamy, smooth, flavorful with hand-​crafted taste. When I tasted the sea salt caramel and commented on how wonderful it was, the guy serving it gleamed and thanked me. I asked, why, did you make it? He had!
The black forest cherry was delightful. The cinnamon was bliss.

I got stuck here on a delayed layover. I needed something sweet and decided to try a waffle cone of the salted caramel. It was light and creamy, but still rich. It had a salty bite which finished with sweet caramel notes. If you have a couple minutes, grab a cone.

Order an Affogato with honey ice cream, OH MY GOODNESS the yummiest breakfast ever. Highly recommended.

On the menu is a Black Cherry Frizzante. Supposed to be black cherry gelato blended with San Pellegrino or soda. I asked for that and was told that they didn’t have black cherry gelato that day and it could only be made with the gelato flavors that they had. OK, I get that since the flavors rotate. So I asked for an Orange Frizzante (since there was orange gelato in the case). No, they cannot make since they do not have soda or sparkling water. The only other drinks were a frappé, which is shake make with or without espresso. So I attempted that with orange (sans espresso) even though it was also not on the menu. It ended up not tasting that great. But I have the give the workers there credit for attempting to come up with something for me when they had nothing.
Next time I should stick with a traditional cup of gelato, even though the flavor selection that day wasn’t the greatest.

Fantastic coffee! Bold, strong, aromatic, rich, robust, delicious — these descriptors all apply to the coffee served at Paciugo Gelato. I’d say this is probably the best coffee I’ve had in an Airport before! It’s an amazing Italian roast!
It’s a small little joint in Concourse C of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Besides coffee and espresso drinks — they sell Gelato! Check them out!

This is the best food I’ve ever eaten in an airport. Ok, I used the word «food» loosely. It’s gelato and it would be 5 stars even if it was not in an airport environment.
We got the medium size and I was impressed that the employee was able to pack in 4 flavors: Sea Salt Caramel, Root Beer Float, Cheesecake, and French Vanilla Bean. All 4 of the flavors were fantastic. I don’t even think I’ve had gelato this good even in Italy.
This was definitely the highlight of our excessively long stopover in Cleveland

So, I have not had gelato in a while, I always forget how good it is. I wanted a latte so I stopped here since it’s next to my gate and they suggested a latte with the flavoring of gelato… sign me up.
Of course as I was standing there waiting for my drink the drool began to run down my chin as I browsed all the different flavors. I caved and went for a small mix of Pumpkin and Sea Salt Caramel. Delicious! I finished it in about 3 minutes. Also, the latte came out delicious. I was so anxious about how great this stuff is I am still drinking my latte and I am reviewing this. I have to mention, the young lady who helped me was super excited about their anniversary and was so sweet! thumbs up!
Today was their year anniversary so they were selling gelato BOGO and any drink size was charged as a small… lucky 11.11.11!
