I had a wonderful experience dealing with Select Cars of Cleveland. Cole really took care of me and got me into my new BMW fast, easy and painless and made the entire care buying process a pleasurable, non intimidating experience. I didn’t think that was possible.
First, he went out of his way to get the car that I wanted (which initially wasn’t available in their amazingly clean all indoor showroom) then he showed me the pricing and slight markup in a very transparent way. None of the typical dealership BS that i’ve gotten elsewhere when it comes to pricing and the back and forth «I have to go talk to my manager» game.
Overall a very refreshing and extremely positive experience. I’ll definitely be back in a few years when it is time to buy my next car. Select Cars of Cleveland does it right.
