Have purchased two pairs of glasses here. The staff is more than helpful, and I’ve always found frames I like. After an experience at a big box warehouse club, I’ll never go back and will choose the personal attention I found here.

First I have to say I have a mixed review. My wife went first and had some friendly service and some indifference, but she really liked the Doctor and got her glasses faster than promised. I went with my teenagers and we all had fast and friendly service. We also all felt the Doctor was excellent. My twins got their glasses in four days. On the other hand… I’m still waiting. 23 days. They tell me the problem is the lab. Find a new one. Oh well.

Terrible service! I had an appointment for an eye exam and they took me 30 minutes after my appointment time. No explanation or apology for wasting my time. The staff was rude and argumentative. I will never go back.
