I took my bike to these guys two years ago for a charging problem that I had. Dropped the bike off in early April and did not get it back till late July!!! They gave me the run around for months. Excuse after excuse about how they were understaffed and whatnot. Well, if you’re that understaffed that you miss your delivery date by MONTHS then maybe you should stop taking new customers?!? Not only did they hold my bike hostage for half the riding season, they didn’t even fix the damn problem. With this and several hundred dollars given to them, I really feel like they took advantage of me since I was young and was a new rider. The only positive thing I will say about the shop is that they were all pleasant and professional. Other than that, they won’t get another dime from me, nor would I ever recommend them to my friends.

After going to «dealerships» and not having a happy result, John and his crew do an outstanding job with get it done right the first time. As a woman rider, some dealership shop guys think we are stupid. John and his crew treats everyone with respect and appreciates our concerns for our bikes and safety.

Uhoh. John(the owner), remembered me. That’s probably not a good thing since they have a constant stream of bikes and I hadn’t been in for three years. So yea, it also had been 3 years since I’d had an oil change/checkup. Overall, John(after reprimanding me, very understandably), was helpful, understanding and very flexible when it came to what I needed done and he could do. We went through some options and I ended up opting out of many things. I much prefer a bike shop that is up front and honest with issues instead of one that takes my bike only to call me a few days later with«surprises». It’s nice to see that they moved into a bigger shop, have a nice clean show-room and also have attentive and helpful staff. I’ve pointed people in the direction of this shop before and I will continue to do so.
