I went in today for as I thought a facial. I went at my scheduled time and found out they had me down for yesterday which was wrong on there part. They asked if I could come back at 1:30 which I had no problem doing. I returned and went into the room and was greeted by a very non friendly staff member. She had me do all the talking and when I was done she said we don’t do relaxing facials so your in the wrong place for that! Did not even explain why and just said they only do medical procedures. This was not explained to me when I called to make the appointment. So I just excused myself from the room and went on with my day. Whoever owns the med spa needs to retrain the staff and there customer service to the clients or there won’t be much of a following even if you think there is. Clermont is a small town!!! Good luck!

I cannot bring myself to PAY this place for my hair removal, though I desperately want to do so. They are local for me, and I know they have experience. However, I can find two dozen places with equivalent experience that will 1) allow me to schedule a 10 minute CONSULTATION and 2) provide receptionists who are not condescending and needlessly obstinate. Basically, I went to the reception area planning to request a consultation appointment for laser hair removal. I was spoken to by a woman who looked at me like I was stupid and told me that I didn’t need a consultation appointment. She would answer my questions. ATTHEFRONTDESK. INFRONTOFOTHERPEOPLE. She didn’t introduce herself; I still do not know who she was other than a face at the counter who pushes paper. You think maybe I’d want to know your CREDENTIALS before I ask you questions? The most infuriating part was that she would not listen to my request to schedule a consultation appointment. I was in the lobby, surrounded by employees and OTHERPATIENTS. I had real, personal questions that I wanted to ask — INPRIVATE. I don’t want to talk about my bikini line or upper lip in front of a room full of people! Even if she was the aesthetician who performs the procedures, she should have KNOWN to provide me with the courtesy of a private place to ask questions. I’m taking my money elsewhere. Figure it out, MedSpa at Women’s Center.
