Like my coffee at just 100 degrees …“so I can drink it today”… and they alway get it right!

This locations consistently gives me a poor experience. I typically visit during my lunch break and over the past 3 months have visited at least 2 times a week. For a month the app said iced coffee was temporarily out of stock at this location. I informed the store and it still happens every now and then. The service is very slow and more disorganized compared to other locations.

Saturday morning I stopped in to redeem my reward points for my regular French press dark roast coffee. I also added money to my gold card and was told I could not redeem my «reward» with what I normally order. Some reward as they just like the airlines but with coffee? I ordered and paid for my order which changed from $ 3.75 to $ 5.25 in one escalation this year. A third more and the service I received was after 25 minutes they noticed after my prodding they had forgotten my order. The manager brought me a gift card for $ 4 and said her sorrys. This seemed to just piss me off the more. They did not comp even as much as my order, sad really. After taking this you might ask will I return? I am not sure but maybe just to cash out my cards and buy coffee at the WaWa down the street where coffee was free this Tuesday.

This place takes way way too long! I have waited twice now 12 – 15 mins to get iced coffee!!! Today I asked why considering I come at 6:00AM and there’s no one here! She told me oh we are down a person… It’s a shame this is the only one I have found close to my job.

A bucks with a drive thru is always a plus for sure! But, they make a great Flat White (my drink of choice). Friendly staff. Good service. Always stocked when I go! Sometimes it can get a little crazy there but what Starbucks doesn’t…

Awesome staff! Always gets my order right. Busy at certain times but hey, it’s Starbucks — what can you do? Manager is such a kind person as well and if you are unsure on what you would like, they’re happy to give you great recommendations.

Cindy the drive thru girl is the best thing about this place!!! Always super friendly and enthusiastic, always has your order before you get to the drive thru window. The other employees seem very nice but she is awesome. Food is always cooked right and the coffee is great

This is the SECOND time I have had a disastrous experience at this location… sadly it’s the only free standing starbucks in Clermont so I feel like they don’t care how they treat their customers. First time was through the drive through…3 breakfast sandwiches, 2 vanilla lattes & a psl…2 sandwiches were frozen solid, vanilla lattes were regular and the psl was a gingerbread latte… how bad can you screw an order up? THAT BAD. Second time I decide to go inside… holiday drinks are bogo & the girl scans my card and uses my free reward and I end up paying for both coffees when one was supposed to be free… I continue on to tell her that it’s wrong & she simply looks at me completely dumbfounded & does absolutely NOTHING about it. She even turned & asked another employee & they were also «too busy» to care. I thought starbucks was a great company until this… not impressed

This would have to be the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The employees lack enthusiasm to work at Starbucks. This particular Starbucks is also the SLOWEST for service. It’s unbelievable how slow they are. I refuse to go back to this location after this morning. They continuously get my drink wrong too and it’s very simple. I’ve given this Starbucks plenty of opportunities to make up for their lack of customer service but I’m not doing it anymore.

This Starbucks is so slow when it comes to service. And it doesn’t matter if you go inside or use the drive through. A lot of the time I ask for classic syrup and they just don’t add it. If I had more time to waste I would go back and ask for syrup. Something needs to happen at this location if they want my business. It use to be a lot better.

Love this Starbucks. The staff is always super friendly, and it’s nice and clean inside. The drive thru is always great when you are in a hurry — they are really fast, even in the morning when there are a bunch is people in line. Always get my order right too which is a bonus, because that seems difficult for other places lol.

This Starbucks used to be fabulous. I ordered yesterday morning 3 coffee’s and a breakfast sandwich. I had to wait to order (only customer in line) for girl to come to register only to be greeted with a young lady rolling her eyes. I waited for my latte has dozens of cars went thru the drive thru. While I stood and waited for my order to be completed. I should mention when I went into the store nobody was at the drive thru. After I finally received my drinks I asked about my sandwich. Again I got the eye roll and had to wait for my sandwich to be put in the oven to warm up

This is a fantastic Starbucks, drive-​thru is fast and inside moves quickly even when a big line. I have never had a drink made incorrectly. Only complaint is they run out of baked goods sometimes. My daughter loves the cake pops but usually mid afternoon the selection is gone or almost gone.

Always friendly. Consistently good. Try to beat my longest distance mug on the shelf above the bar.
