Mediocre experience with the staff and the food was atrocious. I ordered a house salad with house dressing, I got ranch instead and ¼ of the salad was welted and rotten. Ordered their Angus cheese burger, it came out as well done cardboard. The patty was so thin, it wasn’t even proportionate to the bun. Even better was to get moldy onions with it. Less than impressed. French fries were delicious though.

Came in on a Friday night for a couple drinks in what we thought would be a very nice place to meet with friends. We sat on the patio area by the bar and unfortunatley we were ignored. The level of aloofness by the staff here is beyond reproach, to walk by without making eye contact and some actually greeting with a hello as they kept walking by. Not sure how a table of 4 people in this place can be passed so many times without finding out if we had a few dollars that we would like to spend, but it happened. This was the chance to make a first and lasting impression, which how you look at it was successful. Will not be back and will not recommend it to friends!

Ok well… Obviously a medium hamburger and well done hamburger are both one in the same. I am so glad I came here to find that out. If I were to ever come back,(which I won’t), I would order a raw one because it might be… May be… Sorta kinda could be what other places would call a medium. So we call the server over to show here the issue. She says she has only been here 3 days and doesn’t know what to do. So she goes and gets the manager. He looks more like Tupak than he does a manager. I was waiting for him to pull out his tech nine and tell me what time it was. He says, «Sorry your orders wrong»… And walks off. Ok, so I guess customer service doesn’t exist anymore either. Great place if you have no expectation level for anything.

I had the mahi-mahi quesadillas with their tomato salsa. That’s awesome was just chopped tomatoes onions green peppers and cilantro with no seasoning. The mahi mahi was just very hot with seasoning with no flavor. Again one of the worst meals ever had. I need someone who can cook and add some flavor to the food.

Love the place!!! Great gluten free options! Kevin our waiter was very attentive even though it was happy hour and very busy he made sure he took care of us. Love the breeze coming off the lake and their house wine for $ 5 tastes good too! I work out of town a lot and had not been able to enjoy it yet! Had been looking forward to this place opening and am so glad I finally made it!!!

Well, the crab cakes were amazing! I ordered a margarita on the rocks and instead I got a frozen one. We ordered nachos without jalapeños but they came with jalapeños and no sour cream. But the décor was neat, the ambiance was fun and our server was friendly… And the crab cakes were delicious! :-)

Upon arrival we were told it would be 15 to 20 minutes and we went to the bar to wait. After 45 minutes Eddie went to check and apparently we had been skipped when clearly they knew we were waiting. The hostess came to seat us apologizing, miraculously found us quickly but couldn’t do it when it was our turn. Upon being seated, we had half the wait staff pass us at least once and not once acknowledged. We realized we had obviously made a bad decision and began to leave. Eddie again tried to help the situation but we had been there over an hour so we left. Clearly Eddie needs a promotion. He’s the only one there that cares. Mr clean at the bar was clearly having a worse day than us. Really shocked to hear him tell a customer beside us that he was«busy as shit and he would be with her in a minute«. Minutes later another customer cussed him out for his lack of service. We won’t be back.

A gold mine waiting to be mined, unfortunately despite the awesome location the food is less then great. The chalk board sign stated see hostess? We looked and looked no dice. We entered and was asked if we wanted to sit at the bar several times and told the server we would prefer to sit on the outside deck that was empty so she stated ok the bar is what you want? Wow we finally got to sit down and Jill was very attentive. The food came pretty quick and I would say too quick! No biggie, but the fries were less then new and the tomatoes were mealy. Work on service and kick up the food and you have what this place jamming in no time! The posted reviews are spot on but the view sometimes compensates for lack of trying. Please get it going…

Lilly’s has the potential to be a good place, but they really need to get it together first. The food was hit or miss and it took nearly an hour to come out. We did go on Mother’s Day, but even considering that the service and staff need serious work. When we arrived there was a whole cluster of people who had ‘reservations’ from 1 — 1:30, and despite the number of open tables(easily a half dozen) there were people there who claimed they’d been waiting over an hour to be seated. We finally got a table and ordered quickly, but the food didn’t come out for almost an hour and when it did, half of the entrees were hot and half were lukewarm/verging on cold. Other things were not seasoned properly and when informed, the server sort of awkwardly apologized and then wandered away and offered no solutions to the problem. The server finally did offer to have them re-make it, but we’d already been there so long that waiting another 45 minutes for a second plate to be prepared wasn’t exactly high on our list of things to do. In general, I think if they can figure out the logistics this place has potential, but I definitely wouldn’t go back any time soon.

Awesome location which is why Im giving it 2 stars, otherwise I’d give it zero. Sitting on a beautiful screened in deck with a view of lake minneola with a beach at the shore, peppered with Adirondack chairs. You’d think the place would be hopping on a gorgeous Florida evening 80 degrees 30% humidity sun setting over the lake. Well here’s the answer Food and service suck and price point high for the area and what you get. It’s too bad to waste such a beautiful restaurant and location. Don’t order the corn fritters unless you want hush puppies.

Can’t tell you about the food because we never got it. We were seated immediately because we had a reservation. After 2 hours and 5 minutes and 2 requests to speak to the manager, we finally got up and left. Our waitress was apologetic, but I watched her approach the manager twice and be blown off by him twice. His refusal to acknowledge us or give us any indication on when we might get our food, was ultimately our reason for leaving. Understaffed and very poorly managed!

Horrible. No one seems to know what they are doing in this restaurant. We got to the resturant around 1pm and waited at the bar area to be seated. During this time we ordered a glass of Sangria and a beer. The bartender over charged our credit card 3 times before correcting it. After a 30min wait for a table we were seated on the porch which is nice I will not lie. Unfortunately everything went down hill from there. The waitress though pleasant could not get our order of a coke and a ice tea correct brining us other peoples drinks. After another 30min she took our order. We ordered a burger, quesadillas and onion rings to share. After 1 hour we received the onion rings that were obviously recooked, greasy and cold. There was no choice but to send them back. Hour number 2 we were told our food was about to come out right after they threw the burger on. Seriously??2 hrs and 20min later we gave up the ghost and asked to pay for our drinks to which we were told by the bartender the he couldn’t we’d have to wait for the waitress. Another 15 min goes by and the waitress comes and says the drinks are on the house as long as we explain to the manager why we were leaving. Honestly I am one if the nicest and most understanding person you’d ever want to meet but this place just about pushed me over the edge. I can promise you we will never return.

Overall comment: While the food was good for many of our group, the experience for others was absolutely terrible. Would NOT recommend this restaurant for large groups. Problem areas included lost reservation, too few servers, slow bar service, exceptionally slow kitchen service, improperly prepared food, questionably upcharges on the bill. Details: reservation for 6:00 p.m. but the room had not been set up at all. Only two servers for group of 40+. At 7:10, most of the food had arrived. Undercooked shrimp in one meal; 1 salad was still missing! Manager said 35 minutes was reasonable wait time.(Really!!!) Overcharges on some bills. Will not return nor recommend. Should have read the reviews in advance!

After sitting here for a couple of hours now, observing and checking out the good I think the problem is the place is poorly managed, understaffed, or some combination of the two. One of our diners waited an hour to order and after another 39 minutes get food still hasn’t arrived. Our waitress seems to be working hard– can’t help but think they’re really understaffed. Come for the gorgeous lakeside views, and pleasant music but don’t come hungry.

We were sat down at 12pm for lunch on a half full restaurant and ordered within 10 minutes. It took OVER an hour for 3 orders. We asked the manager what was the status of our food and he replied with«Your food is coming out next.» Once we finished eating it took us 20 minutes to get our check even after asking for it. The food was alright and some of the items were warm, not hot. Overall, our server was good and attentive, but the kitchen had long wait times and sub par food at best. I’ve seen many other reviews with people saying the same thing. I don’t think I will be back anytime soon. For the price I paid for the items that I ordered I could have spent it somewhere else and left happier.

I give 3 stars because the food was good and the service came around. We first arrived and waited about 3 – 4 minutes just to be seated. It felt like they were very understaffed. 3:30 on a Tuesday. Once we were seated the service was impeccable! I had fish tacos & Hubby had Island Bistro Burger. The food was excellent. It took about 20 minutes with 4 tables not including the bar guests. A little long but with outside seating on the lake-who knew! On our way out we passed by the Manager or Owner(person in charge) who could’ve easily acknowledged our presence but looked at us and then immediately went in the kitchen ignoring us. Service begins at the top and sets the example. Nobody working there looked very happy even though our server was very attentive. I will go back but I don’t have much hope that it will last due to Mgmt.

8 of us dined this evening at Lily’s. We had a range of food from trout to burgers. All the food came out hot. Burgers were good. Service was decent too. Mahi sandwich was a bit flavorless as was the jerk chicken. Not enough«jerk» flavor. Beer selection was ok and the view is great. We’d go back.

Four and a half stars for ambiance, two and a half for the food and service. We waited way too long. Lily’s is a nice place to sit back, relax, and look at the lake, the food however was just okay. Do not go here if you are in search of a great meal, go here to unwind and relax.
