Great service! I called and left them a message on a Sunday and received a call first thing Monday. Stephanie was our tech and my wife loved how thorough she was. Every nook and cranny! She gave me a small honey do list for preventive Maintanence and assured me that their will is much larger than a bugs will to survive. Five star service!

This is my first Unilocal review and first time using an exterminator. After battling a war against fleas from June thru October I had to give in and call in the big guns. I have two small children and two indoor cats. I wanted to use the least harmful chemicals and treat the animals so as not to expose my 2 and 4 yr old to anything harmful. I gave it my all but my 4 yr old is so allergic to bites and there was a resurgence so I had to call someone for help. A1 has been amazing. So so so easy to work with. I called and they got to my house in 2 days. I’m a working mom so I left a key and they sprayed. The second time they were there I forgot to put the cats in the garage and they did it for me because they were very concerned about their well being. One cat is as mean as can be and they took care of it for us. They are a small business but the professionalism, care, concern and the time they spent consulting and providing advice to me was priceless. I cannot recommend a better company. I told the a1 team to use me as a reference because I can vouch to what a great job they did and so accommodating and professional!!!
