For a little more than 50 smacks, I got a very large clean room, a bed tucked so tight a drill Sergeant would weep in envy, a smartly updated bathroom and vanity and most important, a flat screen tv.
The front desk personnel was polite and helpful. Plenty of parking, even for a few big trucks and a block away, next door to the American inn is the best Mexican restaurant in the DFW area.
The cheapest motels in the area cost about $ 10 less. Resist the urge to be a cheap skate and treat yourself to something nice and pleasant.
