Arby’s

I received my food cold and then they warmed it up– I can do that at home– service was not very good either

I like Arby’s for two specific menu items: the Roast Beef Classic and the Fish Sandwich. As with some other fast food chains (Wendy’s, et al.), they showcase non-​red meat options during the 40 days before Easter (Christian Lent). I take full advantage of this time because the Fish Sandwich at Arby’s is awesome! They’re made fresh and are not square but fish-​shaped pieces (see pic).
I cannot comment on the interior of this location because I have only utilized the drive-​through.

Awful, just awful. After having a terrible experience a while back, which I still remember like it was yesterday, I will never go back to this, nor any other Arby’s ever again.
Inside, the restaurant feels extremely dirty and I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like. This should have been my first sign to turn around and leave empty handed. The young «gentleman» who served us had the worst attitude ever, not even sure how he got a job in the first place. 10 minutes later, when we received our order, it was basically slop on a bun and not even cooked to the proper temperature. We somehow got overcharged and basically paid $ 20 for 2 small sandwiches and fries. I was so aggravated I didn’t even bother to argue with them, but I will definitely never be back! *Eek*

Bizarre that I am giving Arby’s 5 stars.
I have been going to this Arby’s for over 15 years. Sometimes they don’t do good but overall it’s my favorite fast food and I’ve never been like, «yuck!» regarding their roast beef. (I went to an Arby’s in Tampa that gave me a gross sandwich not fully cooked or something so one can screw up Arby’s.)
So perhaps it’s this Arby’s that has the magical meat. Don’t know. I’ll have to eat at more Arby’s. 95% of all Arby’s has been this location.
But I still love just their roast beef. They have all kinds of other sandwiches but personally whenever I’ve tried anything else I’ve wished I had ordered a roast beef sandwich.
Definitely recommend using Horsey Sauce. I’m from New Jersey so it might be natural to put Horseradish on Roast Beef but there you go.

Good lord knows this place has been around forever. Its probably not the BEST location ever, but holds a special place in my heart. Memories of when I was l’il and falling in love w/​the Beef n’Cheddars.
