AquaStone Nails and Spa

The people there were so friendly and accommodating. Four of us came in for manicures & they worked it out so no one had to wait long. I’ve given them 5 stars even tho one of the girls was very slow but she was thorough.

I love Aqua Stone. I have been to several different nail salons and no one is like Aqua. They are so kind and really do a great job on their nails. The nails last longer than normal. They take their time and they look so good. I love going and chatting with the girls. They are so fun there. I would highly recommend getting your nails and spa services done here =)

My mother in laws told me about this place when I first moved down here. I needed a pedicure so bad. They were able to get my in on short notice and made my feet look amazing again. I won’t need to look for any other place. Aqua stone will be the only people I trust with my nails for now on.

I’ve been coming to Aqua Stone for about four years now, and I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. I’ve had my nails done all over the Bay Area and I won’t trust anyone else with my nails. I will admit I’m a difficult customer. I routinely come in not knowing what I want, only to peruse Pinterest and choose the most complex, out there thing I find. NEVER ONCE have I been disappointed. Rhinestones, bows, hearts, hombre, tiny jack o lanterns and Eiffel Towers. They have done it all. I’ve come here for nails for my wedding, my baby shower, my gender reveal, and now my daughter’s first birthday and it is perfect every time. Lynda is my absolute favorite, and she gave me the most amazing Minnie Mouse nails today, complete with 3D bow. I cannot recommend this place enough. They do amazing work, have such sweet staff, and they will work with you until you’re happy. They even held my daughter for me while I got my nails done. There’s no other place I would even think of going. I’m always getting compliments on my nails because of the fantastic job they do here.

A couple weeks ago I went there as apart of a wedding party to get gel manicure and pedicures. They were so accommodating and so nice! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because my gel manicure peeled off within 6 days of getting them done.

I needed new pink and whites, pedi, and eyebrow waxing in a limited amount of time.
I was whisked to the pedi bowl, best leg massage EVER, then my nails will completed to perfection in a timely manner, the off with eyebrows, and out with 2 minutes to spare.
My new go to nail place.
Already recommended it to others.

Just got my nails done here a few days ago for the first time and the lady I had did a pretty good job. She left a bubble in my thumb nail which I was pretty bummed about, but I don’t like correcting people. I let it slide. I will probably go back. Oh and if you don’t mind sitting in complete silence then you would also do pretty well here. The front desk man was super friendly and bubbly so that was entertaining :) I still paid 34 dollars after tip and after using the check in 10% discount.

I had Shellac done for the first time done a week ago in Tampa but experienced some bad attitude and early chipping so i did not want to return there to fix it. I decided to come to Aqua stone to have the shellac re-​done before i travel to Puerto Rico. The Belcher location didn’t answer their phone so i called and came to this location again. They were patient and helped me chose the perfect color from their Shellac swatch of colors. I wanted a nude color that was not too pink and was professional enough for clinical rotations– I went with #51 Satin Pajamas. I think i have found my go-​to nude Shellac. The girl who did my nails today did a great job and for a great price $ 25. On top of that, I had a $ 3 off coupon… so everything was $ 22. Mimi came over to say hi and ask about my upcoming travel to finish my last semester of medical school clinical rotations in Puerto Rico. They are cool girls. Definitely appreciate that i am treated warmly here (vs where i went in Tampa last week). Overall a good experience and my nails look fabulous.

Wonderful place. Fit me in night before my wedding and offered a glass of wine. Non-​judgmental allowed us to be us. Very accomadating and welcoming environment. When I come back to Clearwater I will come here.

Very clean, professional, and reliable. I’ve never had a problem with an appointment or a service here and I’ve been going for 2 years now. I drive 45 mins just to get my nails done, but it’s worth it. When I get a set of acrylics they last without lift for up to 3 weeks. I am a swimmer and an office worker so that says a lot about the quality of service. I checked out some other salons near my home but found that they were unclean, sloppy, or just unprofessional. I see Thia who has been working there a long time. Prices are comparable to other salons in the area.

Nice people, clean place. However, the Gel polish only lasts 6 or 7 days. I went back three times and used three different brands when they kept telling me it was «the brand.» I’ve had nails done elsewhere using the same brands and at my other salon in Tampa. The polish lasts at least 13 – 18 days. They told me if the polish came off in less than 10 days they would fix them or re-​do them which is very nice. However, 1) Idon’t have time to do my nails every week and 2) the polish is suppossed to last 14 days.

I came in with just a general idea in my head, and they were very patient with me as I found pictures online and mixed and matched colors until I found something. I tried a new style that I had never done before in my life and even though I was very nervous about how it would come out, it was great. Because of my job, I can’t get my hands done very often, but I’ve begun to come back for pedicures instead. The only downside is that they are often way understaffed and overbooked, even for a nail salon, and so I’ve seen people have to sit and wait over an hour for their service to start.

Recently moved from the downtown Orlando area and I cannot begin to express my frustration with the nail salons around here. I was pulled to aqua stone because its convenient in location and read the reviews. First time, walk in with two hours till closing; no time-​come back tomorrow. Second time, walk in; no time; come back tomorrow. Third time; called at 11am and made earliest appointment of 3:30 p.m. arrive timely; 30 minute minimum wait; come back later.
All three attempts were two weeks apart.
Seriously, the other salons I’ve gone too. Have all been disappointing. Im about to drive to st. Pete from now on.

When I first moved to Tampa a friend recommended AquaStone nails to me. I went in with no appointment and was paired up with Sandy at the original location. When I say I am Type A personality and I’m very particular about everything, I mean it. Sandy is bar far THE best at what she does. She takes her time and she listens to what you want. Since starting to go to AquaStone nails they’ve opened up a second location on gulf to bay. I followed sandy there and will only let Sandy do my nails. I’m not saying the others aren’t great, because I have seen their work and it is indeed great, but I absolutely LOVE Sandy.
When I find someone who is good at their job I will follow them anywhere. I’d recommend AquaStone & Sandy to anyone!

Best place in town! I was new to the area and tried many places… Quality products, beautiful spa environment, knowledgable and friendly staff that speak English and are always warm and welcoming. I always see Lynda, the office manager. Does a super job, my nails last and she does beautiful creative designs!

Amazing place! Very clean and great customer service! Definitely will be coming here again! The price for the design was a little high but I understand with what I asked for ! Completely reasonable! 12 $ for the mani 7 $ for the Penguins 25 $ for my pedicure. I will definitely be coming back here! The girls who painted our nails were very friendly and funny! It was a blast!

it may be taboo to a certain degree to see men getting treatment at a salon/​spa. however i truly believe that a ‘boss’ must pay close attention and detail to his/​her appearance, because your appearance is an investment! Thank you to the gorgeous gals for the MANscaping sessions and maintaining my public image!

Came in around closing and they still attended to me. They were very thorough and didn’t rush at all. Ladies were nice, place is clean. I love my nails! Oh and the chairs have the option for butt massage. Whutttt.
