Paradise Pizza & Pasta

I would like to start that I fully support small business and to boot I love pizza, well sadly I have to leave a poor comment after years of dedication to this pizza establishment. On several other visits with my coworkers and college mates, in the last few visits from 2014 — 2016. I have been utterly dissapointed in the behavior of the staff and the way they are running the business into the ground. Starting with attitudes at the register and cold pizza, as well as tainted food orders. after getting sick from my visits 3 different times, and to mention the next day I went to DJ’s pizza in lowerlake and never was lil. after complaining about my food, i can swear that they did something to my pizza after they remade my pizza. I am dissapointed in the way that this establishment treats its customers. wont be going back and its 1 min from my home. I will drive the extra 10 min.

Good pizza. All around; the quality of toppings is good, they are prepared well and cooked usually perfectly. As far as the pizza is concerned there is better and there is worse but by no means is it anything less than acceptable. The location is excellent. The building has potential. Other than that, like most restaurants with a 2 star average review this place is grossly mismanaged. Do you hear that MANAGEMENT/​OWNER? I question your status as a sentient being on this planet. You have good pizza, and a spectacular location. Get it together. CLEAN and FIX things. Seriously for like 50 bucks and a few hours of work you could make the environment inside feel like a restaurant and not like the set of a B movie about a failing pizza joint. Fix or SELL the broken video games. It is depressing. Put a TV or some music on. PANDORA is free. Staff has always been friendly and such but when asked about where the owner is or why things are so bad there the response I got was «ive never met the owner who knows.» This is a tiny town how you can be so non chalant and hands off about your failing business is beyond me… Anyways there are several better pizza places (read: all of them) around here anyways.

I went there today, the pizza was great! We got a jalapeño stuffed crust with cheese vegi and a meat pizza. It was at about lunch time with nobody so the chef took his time and the pizza was delicious! The inside, ambiance, service not so great but the pizza was a big winner!!!

This may be the worst customer service I have ever had.

My mom passed away, so I came up to Clearlake to be with my father and sister. My fiancé came up with me, and we were staying in a hotel about 10 minutes away from Paradise Pizza. The first day I was up there — I was a mess, obviously. At the end of the day I had not eaten in almost 24 hours, so my fiancé and I decided to order pizza to our hotel room. He calls Paradise Pizza — 30 minutes to come to the hotel — fine. That is normal for pizza.
Well, the delivery driver comes to our door, gives us the pizza, and we pay. We also give him a pretty nice tip too. He leaves. We wash our hands and get ready to eat. Open the pizza.
It’s the wrong pizza… and the delivery guy has left already.
We call Paradise Pizza, and explained what happened. The first thing the girl says is, «Well, have you touched the pizza at all?» WTF? What are you going to do? Re-​sell it? However, we had not, so I told her that. Then she tells me it will be ANOTHER HOUR until the right pizza can come. Are you serious?
I get so fed up, I get in my car and drive down there. I get inside, and get my pizza. I ask to get the delivery fee back because I drove down there. «Nope, he already came to the door once.»
I then ask if I can have my tip back. She just says, «No».
Keep in mind I am already a mess from my mother passing. I just wanted a DAMN PIZZA! Oh, and by the way, the girl at the counter had to go in the back twice to ask the manager both questions, who was hiding behind the wall, and would not come out to talk to me face to face.
And to top it all off — their pizza is crap too.
BEWARE!!!

Smdh no beer on tap, no ac, no cable for the game, one highchair urinal clogged no soda on tap no salad bar slow as hell service

Paradise is listed to be open until 11, when i called they said they close at 10 which gave me 20 minutes to decide if we still wanted to go, since it was the last place in town that was still open, I called back to place a pickup order and they abruptly hung up the phone.

Garbage !!! I ordered a combination pizza with no pepperoni or salami just sausage for meat. They told me it would be ready in 30 minutes so my fiancé went to pick it up after 30 minutes it wasn’t even ready they put it in the oven when she got there. when I received the pizza it was soggy and caked with mushrooms the first bite gushed with mushroom wetness you couldn’t taste nothing but mushroom and bread I called to complain and the manager said she was the one who made the pizza and nothing was wrong with it after I told her about the pizza she replied «that’s how we make our pizza» she also said they don’t give refunds and if I wanted to I could bring the pizza back and she’d remake it, «now why would I trust somebody who has a attitude problem on the phone to remake my pizza?» Awful I will never eat there again. it don’t even deserve a star
