I used Arbeez as an alternative to my regular guy when the last job just wasn’t up to snuff. They came out and fixed the issue, everything is working stunningly and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Even though Richard was at a personal event he still answered his phone to let me know he wasn’t available this weekend which I truly appreciate him taking the time and will definitely be calling him again if I ever need assistance.

This is a third time I use Richard at my house In Kelseyville. All I can say is that I wish I could also use his service at my Bay Area properties.
Bottom line — Richard from Arbeez Plumbing is the most professional and pleasant person I had ever worked with!!!

I used Arbeez, (Richard Brown) for a water heater install and a washing machine install, and I’m satisfied with the results.
Richard came to my home to assess what needed to be done, he then came the following schedule date to do as said. There are a lot of nuances and things to look out for with jobs like these and sense Richard has been in the business for so long he knew what to look out for. He was upfront honest and enthusiastic about his work.
I also needed other things done such as electrical and drywall work. He was able to refer me to the right people who were licensed and knew what they were doing.
In conclusion, I think that if you want the job done you will get someone as experienced and professional as Richard. I think he has brought someone on board so you’ll just have to see how that goes, hopefully he will be as good if not better than Richard Brown.

This is my first post on Unilocal.I am writing because of my very solid and professional experience with Richard and Arbeez Plumbing. I am the type of person that likes to have a go to team for all my needs from a Realtor, Broker, Contractor, Plumber, etc. Richard has become my go to for all my plumbing needs in Lake County. Not going to get into long stories about the great service I have received… only to say I am extremely happy with how he does business. Straight forward, prompt, reliable, trustworthy and someone who makes things right. Works for me and will work for you!

So now he comes back and said I threatened him. Remember my son was there and was a witness. Not getting any work? Getting your cronies and friends to write reviews? Piss on your own teeth. Sceemer. I’m old enough to a know scam artist when I see it. Lake county is full of them! But keep it up. I have a bulldog for an attorney.

Richard is an excellent resource for our plumbing needs. We have a house built in the 1960’s that has needed a couple of repairs. Richard is knowledgeable and gets the job done and was not overpriced. He fixed our shower’s banging pipes. The problem was only a little washer! We also had a cracked toilet he replaced. Next job is to fix the leaks under the vanity.
