I’ve been here countless times over the years and this one definitely has the nicest staff. They remember you by name and are always sweet, friendly, and accommodating! My drinks are always good, and if my drink isn’t what I ordered, they are always happy to fix it. They also have a convenient drive-​thru and outdoor seating.

Convenient location right off highway 70, with the consistency you’ve come to expect from Starbucks all around the world. I’ve been multiple times during different times of the day, and the service has always been satisfactory.
There is a nice patio in the parking lot out front, and all of the interior seating is clustered at the front of the store, with the exception of a sole, two-​person table back near the bathrooms. I like to set-​up here to get work done without overhearing nearby conversations. Speaking of bathrooms, the men’s room is one of the cleaner ones I’ve ever visited at a Starbucks, so that’s a nice plus.
Oh, and there’s a drive-​thru! Critical for those making the daily Raleigh-​Clayton hustle.
Overall, solid four stars. Nothing to write home about, but it’s a dependable cup of coffee and nice atmosphere in a small-​town not known for it’s upscale coffee offerings.

I just had a weird experience here. There were two people at the registers, but one of them was just standing around aloof saying he was off of the clock. Probably not the best place to stand with a line of people are waiting to be served. My coffee came up quickly, but my girlfriends took a while. After 10 or so people from behind us in line received their beverages we asked the manager if the drink had been made. She was very rude and accused us of being impatient. It turns out an apologetic batista had inadvertently put the drink in the drive thru window queue. An honest mistake that was handled very rudely by the manager.

This place seems like their sleeping… lack of customer service. The girls are dumb, careless and always make my coffee wrong!!! They are zombie looking bitches showing off tits only!!! No brain to go with it.

This is my go-​to Starbucks location and the closest one in the Clayton/​Garner area. I love to come here to get work done, meet up with friends, or drop by for my quick fix for a drink.
PROS: GREAT staff. They’re super friendly and very willing to help. I’ve never had a bad staff experience here. Drinks are always made well, and they change up the interior every now and then to make it more dynamic. DRIVE THRU. ‘Bucks on the go, need I say more? They also have a lovely outdoor seating section, which is great with good weather.
CONS: Flies. This is the ONLY thing I don’t like about this Starbucks. It’s annoying to have to keep swatting away flies every 10 minutes when you’re trying to work.
Other than all of that, it’s a generally great Starbucks location!

First, the staff is super nice — I have never had a bad customer service related issue here. That being said, it is rare that I get a decent cappuccino when I order one here. I am not expecting the moon, I am giving this location a 3 compared to other Starbucks I have been to which I would consider 5’s.
Maybe their meal replacement shakes (aka Frappuccino’s) are excellent, but I just want a consistently decent coffeehouse standard, which is super rare to get at this location.

Very nice store. Lots of seating. Clean and up beat. Fast service. Large staff and all the customers are very respectful. Was all adults while I was here. I will come back next time I am in Gardner NC.

Slowest Starbucks ever. Never waiting so long for a coffee and water. The drive through was banging orders out. However inside… way different story. They had one barista that brought the service down to a crawl. I get that is Thanksgiving, but please, at least have a sense of urgency.

Probably the nicest Starbucks staff I’ve encountered, and the most diverse.
I’m really not a huge fan of Starbucks coffee, although you can count on it on being consistent.
However, the La Boulange offerings are great if you’re tired of eating fast food. The cheese danish is both cheezy and yeasty, and umm… umm…good.
This Starbucks gets 5* for the staff, and 3.5 for the food and beverage. The chain as a whole is 3* for me. But this location earns its 4* every time I make my presence known.

I always get the best service whenever im in the Clayton area. The customer service is out of this world, everyone here is so attentive amd eager to make sure you are satisfied. I never have to wait for long periods of time in drive-​thru or inside.
My only complaint is that the last few times i ordered a butter croissant it was toasted to death. When i bit into it the croissant crumbled into 2,000 pieces. Thats why i took off a star. Other than that they are great

Had coffee twice at location & staff was pleasant, coffee was great. cashier helped me use my birthday reward and was kind to recommend a more expensive drink for my birthday reward as I am a reg. type coffee drinker. I am glad he did, the mocha coffee was really good.

Staff is always friendly and atmosphere and bathrooms are clean. Outdoor seating is plentiful but indoor seating area could be cozier for us long term visitors. Free wifi and plenty of outlets make this one of my favorite hideaways to get work done.

This is a cookie-​cutter Starbucks — just like so many others. Tables with power outlets inside that will let you suck down a latte while you suck up some bandwidth.
Cooler with drinks and pastries. Breakfast sandwiches.
Outside tables for when the weather is nice.

This seems like a typical Starbucks to me, though it is on the small side inside (there is also a large outdoor seating area). Even most of the indoors seating is standard chairs and tables. There are two armchairs that aren’t very comfortable and one sofa that is. It’s not been overly crowded any time I’ve dropped by, and there is a drive through if you’re so inclined. The coffee is the okay Starbucks standard. I don’t think it’s nearly as flavorful as some of the better coffee houses in the Raleigh area, but it’s a nice place for a break in Clayton. The service has always been very friendly here.
