Nails 2001 Clayton

This nail salon was amazing. From what I experienced, this place was the best nail salon in the area. Before I they asked me what I need, they served me with beverage and hot towel to help me relax on their so comfortable chairs. The lady worked on my full set acrylic was nice and such a professional. She was willing to try on any color that I want from their huge collection of gel and polish color. Really love this place. Definitely, I will be back.

I went in to get my eyelashes done because a friend said they were reasonably priced. Didn’t ask my length or volume. (This is my first time getting eyelash extensions so I was so excited) take about an hour and she’s telling me my right eyelashes grown weird so that’s why they are clumpy. Literally so so so terrible. So much glue clumped together and so uneven it looked like she took sissors to them. I was headed on vacation and so embarrassed I could barely leave leave the house to get them fixed. I went to a lash only salon in walnut creek and she saved my life. Said it was terrible someone let me walk away looking like that. If you’re looking for lashes, I recommend going somewhere that specializes in lashes. I wonder if she even had her license.

The worst place ever! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this shop. They use old nail polish that doesn’t dry within an hour! So if u pick a color u like, don’t be surprised if it gets screwed up… But wait, this is the best part, if you tell them… It’s was all YOUR FAULT!!! So don’t even think about asking for a repair, or like me, a SECOND REPAIR… Because like an idiot, I thought it was my fault. So I got the same color as the first time. Then I sat in the salon for 45mins drying my toes, got in my car with the air on my toes and drove for an hour to my next destination. The minute I got out of the car and bumped my toe the polish rubbed all over my foot! So you tell me, after almost 2 hrs dry time, how is the paint still wet?
I literally had to stop at a shop next to where I was in Fremont to get all the polish removed because it was all over my foot. That was $ 5. So I told LISA at Nails 2001 what happened and she literally fought with me, blaming me the whole time.
I will never go back. And I don’t suggest anyone else to go to this location.

This salon is pretty neat and clean and look like new. The staff here was attentive and pleasant. The lady worked on my nails is definitely very skillful and friendly. I always watch my budget and their pricing was affordable. This should be #1 nail salon for everyone around here.
