Dr. Tom Lenhart is an amazing anesthesologist. Brittney is extremely helpful and courtious. Highly reccomend!

Just a heads up. Letter of the law on his non refundable deposit policy. We made an appointment with him for pediatric anesthesia for our 4 year old at Dr Ozzie pediatric dentistry in Danville. Called his office with plenty of time before the appointment to cancel and get refund. They never called back and went ahead and charged the $ 350. 1) lack of customer service. Money hungry, he could’ve said, «Jeff, we have this policy in place, we know you have other kids and needs down the road, we want to help, in the future, just know we have a no refund policy but we’ll credit this time as a courtesy Very disappointed in Dr. Lenhart’s lack of customer service and the cut and dry behavior. Making it my mission to bad mouth him here and to the better business bureau for basically messing with my family and finances.
