I am usually a fan of this restaurant, but the visit this time was horrible. My wife and I asked for medium done, the bartender described to us what med was, but the steaks came out well done… why? With That experience alone, we no longer visit this Establishment, period. If we want a steak done right, every single time, at any restaurant, we go to Applebee’s!

Normally the food and service is great. I guess they’re tired from Black Friday. We waited awhile for our food then when it came it was cold. The veggie on mines was piping hot but everything my husband had was cold. When the food came the manager or whoever wanted us to check our foods temperature in front of him. It was better and my husbands corn was really hot. Later I discovered there was a perfect ribbon shaped hair underneath my shrimp skewer on my bread. It was pointed out to the service and he showed the manager. We were later given a discount. I asked the server if it was payback for saying our food was cold.

This place is usually packed night and weekends, so plan ahead if you’ll visit then… love the big screen TVs showing all the sports and the sporatic burst into song & dance by the waitresses — the place is filled w/energy. The food is always on point. and while you wait for it you get some amazing rolls! So for the awesome environment and food, I give it 5 stars.

Don’t bother with the call ahead seating if you have a party bigger than eight. They don’t have room and you have to wait for two booths or tables to open up near each other. Which took an hour. One of our tables’ food came much later than ours and my own hamburger was well done even after asking for their cooking scale for meat.

Always good! I had the grilled shrimp skewers with baked sweet potato and Emily’s sirloin was amazing. Joe was pleased with his ribeye. Never disappointed here.

We had never been to a Texas Roadhouse before so we decided to stop in while on a trip. We were extremely impressed with the greeters at the door, the short wait for a table, hostess and Sierra our server. We enjoyed the upbeat atmosphere and friendliness of every employee we encountered. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We would not hesitate to visit another location and hope it compares to this experience!

Had a very rude waitress as well as unfriendly. She laughed when I asked if they had spinach instead of lettuce. Once I received my food, it wasn’t even good. The other two people with me also said their food was poor and they didn’t eat it. Moderately expensive. Especially for untasty food. I will not return and will not recommend anyone to go here.

I used to be a huge fan of Texas Roadhouse, but am beginning to change my mind. They are way too busy, the steaks aren’t that great, and everything is cooked in so much butter and grease! The rolls are yummy and the drinks are good… I probably wouldn’t come back unless there was a sporting event on in the bar that was worth watching.

My husband and I have been here multiple times and it’s always the same thing, long wait with an okay waiter/waitress. Tonight they told us they had a 20 – 30 minute wait which wasn’t bad. It seemed like we came at a good time(7pm on a Friday) There was plenty of seating, which there usually isn’t. A couple other parties and couples arrived after us and we had already been waiting for maybe 15 minuets when suddenly people who had came in after us we’re being seated first. I’m gonna go ahead and say that those people may have called ahead because that usually doesn’t happen there. Any-who the bread was fresh like it always is when get to our table.(The bread and butter is AMAZING) And our waitress got our drink order right away. The sangria margarita is WAY too sweet. And the ribs were a little dry. The green beans are delicious. I would eat them alone for dinner if I could! All in all an okay restaurant experience.

We go here frequently. The service is always good, the atmosphere is great for kids — it’s nice and loud, lol, and we love the rolls. Great food, great margaritas, and family friendly.

I really like the feel this place has, nice bar with big flat screen tvs. I also like that they have call ahead seating, especially because this place gets so packed. I ordered a Long Island Iced Tea and it was horrible. It didn’t taste anything like the drink, it was super sour and no alcohol what so ever. For $ 8 I expect a pretty good mixed drink. I HATE returning drinks so I just drank it. The boneless wings were horrible($ 8 for these little nuggets). I ordered the pulled pork for my dinner which was good. The service was alright. Over all the whole experience was mediocre.

On my first date, my date found glass in his water. My food was good, but the service absolutely terrible. The waitress took 45 minutes to bring our salads, we never got any utensils until we asked, we were there for 3 hours and the manager was extremely rude. I will definitely never go back.

The food is slightly better than average, but I’ve had less than stellar service the two times I’ve been here. The atmosphere is pretty good aside from the obnoxious shouting and poorly coordinated singing of their wait staff for random reasons. Gets old pretty quick when you’re just trying to eat a meal… Not bad, but there are better options within a quarter mile.

Salty burgers. .poorly cooked and sloppy. Wife waited 20 minutes for another one to finally be cooked properly. we’ll take it to go! Service is marginal and obviously new bees at the helm.

Sometimes, you just need a steak and don’t particularly care where it comes from… Long story short, if you’ve been to a Texas Roadhouse anywhere else, this is the same thing. My wife and I were nearby and thought maybe we’d go for Indian food, but this place recently opened and was literally across the parking lot from where we were. Despite it being fairly early on a Wednesday, as soon as we pulled up we saw people waiting outside for tables. The inside was jam packed, but we quickly found out it was a party of about 20 waiting for a table. Despite the crowd, we were told a 15 – 20 minute wait, and despite my incredulity at the fact there was even a wait at a chain restaurant on a Wednesday, we meandered over to the waiting area. On the way, we passed the ubiquitous barrel of peanuts. .. with 4 snot faced kids elbow deep in nutty ecstasy. We decided to pass on the influenza buffet for this go around, despite being recently immunized. The wait time was as promised, and we were seated in a comfy booth. Our served materialized almost instantaneously, and I quickly obtained a giant Shiner Bock served ice cold. I swear, this beer is probably the best thing that has ever come out of Texas. The wife ordered the half rack of ribs, I got the 8 oz sirloin which in all honesty is enough meat for any normal human being, but you can of course get 4 – 5 times as much beef if you choose. The prices are good, but they will definitely try to talk you in to the upgrade, such as mushrooms, onions, shrimp, etc. I decided to go with naked beef. The steak came out a very nice medium, and our server asked me to cut in to it prior to her leaving the table to make sure it was done to my liking. It was very tasty, but a little heavy on the salt, as was the baked potato. Wife’s ribs were rapidly consumed, so I assume they were tasty? Her sweet potato smothered in caramel sauce and marshmallows disappeared just as quickly, so that must have been good too. Of note, they don’t take reservations and won’t seat you until your whole group is there, but they do offer call ahead seating so you can get on the list before you get there. Pros of this place: decent food for a pretty good price, tasty beers you can’t find at a lot of other places, and lots and lots of staff working so you’re never left wondering where the heck your server is. Cons: extremely predictable chain, pretty noisy(but arguably a good vibe overall) and peanut dust absolutely everywhere. This is the kind of place you go to when you want a steak, but don’t want to put a whole lot of thought into in. Overall, good food for ok prices, but a chain is a chain.
