New York Pizza Depot & Scotty’s Sports Pub

If you are looking for a great new york pizza you found it. the pizza is excellent. the pixxa get 5 stars. the problem is the building itself the interior just reminds me of a dive bar. on several occasions i have been in there and needed to navigate around puddles on the floor and water dropping from a very leaky roof. if this place would pay any attention to décor this could be a five star restaurant but a dive is a dive. bottom line great food terrible brick & morter

If thick nasty crust is what you’re looking for, go elsewhere. This is NY style pizza. Fold it. Love it. Reminds me of being back home– where pizza is far superior to the run of the mill local shops who don’t have a clue and the chains that aren’t any better in the area.

NY Style Pizza… nailed it! Was really excited to try this place and was not disappointed! The 2 slice and a drink lunch special for only $ 5.99 is one of the best lunch deals in town. The depot was a little divey with pool tables and a dart board and a few TVs. Looks like it’d be a great time on the weekends with pizza, beer and bar games. I’ll definitely be back. The guy at the counter was friendly and helpful. The pizza was delish. I’m so glad Clarksville has a good pizza spot that is not a chain. I hope this place does well!

I’m honestly I’m not sure what the hype is all about. We were beyond excited when we heard about this place and read all the reviews. I grew up in New Jersey and my husband, as well as all his family is from New York. First off, let me say, this is not authentic New York Pizza. You should not be able to drive and eat a true slice of New York Pizza. The dough was too thick and over cooked. The cheese was cheap and tasted like little Caesar’s. Furthermore, the place was absolutely disgusting on the inside and is probably the main reason why we won’t return. I wasn’t expecting a five star restaurant, however it totally felt like a run down bar. And the only thing stopping me from rating it 1 star is the price. I will admit that you cannot find a cheaper pie.

Great pizza and they have anchovies! Friendly local place. The interior needs some work but they just opened 3 weeks ago do it is understandable. Pizzas are huge and around $ 22/​each. You definitely get your money’s worth though as the toppings are very generous. Pool tables are inside and we played a game while they made our pizza.
Pizza — New York style crust with homemade dough and in house cut veggies. They have a real pizza oven and not a conveyer belt and I saw one if the guys bring out around 10 pizzas in about 30 minutes. The taste was great and we will definitely be back
Of note — wings, garlic knots, and other items will not be available until Monday 4 January 2016. No big deal as the pizza was well worth it

Best pizza you can get in Clarksville hands down. They use a brick oven, not a conveyor oven so you get that true New York authentic taste. They also use fresh ingredients, which is obvious in the overall taste. The sauce is what makes it, it’s the best part. Only downside is right now they are still doing a soft opening so they don’t serve beer, and they have a limited menu at the moment. With pizza this good I can’t wait to try their calzones and garlic knots.
