I can’t say anything bad about the Collision & Towing part of this business, BUT, the Budget side where you rent the trucks and/​or rental cars is awful. I would stay away from there. If you need to rent a moving truck or rent/​return a Budget car go to another Budget location, (not even sure where there is another in Clarksville.) The lady at the counter is by far one of the rudest people I have ever encountered to say the least. I had to stop her because of the way she was talking to me when I went to return a car I had rented at the airport the night before and only used to drive me home to Clarksville. AND I was not the only one there commenting on how rude this lady is to everyone. My advice, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUDGET RENTAL PLACE.
