We arrived very late with no reservation. The hotel was able to help us immediately and our room was clean! Breakfast was great too. The staff were extremely friendly and we would stay here again If in the area.

Stayed at this hotel for business for nearly two weeks. Room was large, microwave & refrigerator in room, good LCDTV, free Wifi & parking, business computer with printer in lobby, free breakfast, and attentive staff. The receipt under the door the day of check out was a nice touch. I would use this Fairfield Inn again!

Stayed here New Year’s Eve. It was renovated in 2007, & that was obvious. Nice updates, clean, tidy, well laid out(king suite). Odd color scheme of lime green & royal blue took getting used to, but bed was comfy, sofa was clean, & my room had 2 tv’s & even a stereo. Pool was bath temp which we liked for our 11 month old, hot tub not unbearably hot but about right. Staff was efficient, check in took all of a few seconds as they had room assigned and paperwork ready minus credit card scan &ID check. Downsides: tub bottom a little grungy but rest of tub & shower clean, tv guide list was wrong on nearly every channel, lamp outlet on desk didn’t work and I had to search for an open outlet other than the bathroom to charge my cell, closet has sliding doors which rollers were off track & even my expert husband couldn’t get them back on, which rendered closet useless since our son is into everything & we couldn’t just leave doors open for him to climb in there. Final downside: price. Granted it was New Years, but there’s at least 10 other hotels right around this & the competition could have been tight if I fought the price quote. Our price…$ 107WITHAAA discount. Holiday inn express charges $ 80-$ 90 tops everywhere we’ve been & we know they took advantage of the holiday.

This hotel was under major construction at the time of our stay. The staff did their best to make our stay pleasant. We all had intermittent issues with our key cards not working. The continental breakfast area was jammed awkwardly into a vacant hotel room. They did serve breakfast sausage patties which was a nice break for the usual bagel and coffee fare. Ohh and at night they would leave out these delicious fresh baked cookies, kinda random. I didn’t use the pool or the hot tub but apparently the water in both of them was way too hot.
