I’ve eaten and many chik-fil-a and this one is definitely not one I have returned to, I rice out to Hopkinsville for it instead. I’ve tried eating here 3 times, all times the service was great, they were friendly and courteous, but the chicken was overly greasy and had no flavor, it’s almost like they fried it and then left it sitting in a bowl of grease for an extra 10 minutes. Just tasted like the fryer.

I’m not the one to write negative reviews but I am not a happy customer today… I got a large spicy chicken sandwich meal and a large Rootbeer. My «large» Rootbeer was FULL of ice. I literally had maybe 3 sips and it was gone. My sandwich was sloppy and I had to practically put it together myself and we asked for honey mustard and we got all ranch. (We had other meals as well). We had no napkins nor ketchup and we even asked for napkins and ketchup. The food was good which is definitely a plus but the other things matter as well.

We recently moved from Hawaii where there is no chick-fil-a on the island. We visit this location at least twice a week. The food is always hot and the service is great also.

First off this is not a place that I would go to by myself. I don’t not fraternize places that are anti gay. My daughter wanted to stop on our way home from vacation. They pride themselves on their customer service, yes it was nice; however the bathrooms needed attention and the play area for the kids was small and smelled like poop.

This Chick-fil-A was slammed when we came in just after 1. I have to give the restaurant a bit of a break for that.
The problem is, the restaurant was filthy. When we found a table, we had to clean and bus it ourselves, and then wait a while for our food to finally be delivered. I understand that most restaurants run on tight budgets and you want to have the best number of employees there but something needs to be taken care of on the front end of the house.
As for the food? It was standard chicken fare. It was cooked well and rather tasty.

Awful, awful customer service. Ordered food for an important function. On a time line and for was not ready. Ordered weeks in advanced so no excuse for food not to be ready when needed. Would not recommend for catering.

Worst CFA that we’ve ever had. Came for breakfast and ordered chicken minis and breakfast burrito. Chicken mini biscuits weren’t completely cooked, nor cut. The nuggets were in the box outside of the biscuits. Breakfast burrito was rolled the opposite way leaving all egg on top and sausage on the bottom. Cinnamon bites were stale and hard. Only good thing — coffee.

I love Chick-fil-A. Here are the best items:
1. Chicken Sandwich
2. Chicken breakfast biscuit (not all locations)
3. Chicken Tortilla soup (seasonal)
Here is how, in my opinion this Chick-fil-A location could improve:
1. Better make/model of coffee
2. Distinct lines for ordering and picking up (it is always confusing unless you are the only customer)

I’ve only ever used the drive-thru here, but the service is always outstanding. The people that work here are so nice, it almost makes up for how expensive the food can be! haha
Needless to say, the food here is always good.

We have eaten at this new chick fil a six times since it opened. It was almost 7, but the very poor service caused us to leave before anyone offered to take our order. Dirty, and very poor service are the normal offerings here. There are always two or more employees eating at one of the tables near the counter and usually another one standing in line or waiting on their order while many customers are sitting in a dirty place or standing there waiting for some employee to come to one of the several closed registers. Different than any other chick fil a that I have ever gone to, this one is very dirty and non-caring. No more visits by me.

Clean, quick, fresh and tasty quality items! This is a good place for lunch but to avoid big crowds go a little early or late… peak time is 11:45 — 12:50, 4:15 — 5:15.
Healthy fares at fair prices can be found at Chick-fil-a…and they actually taste good!
They have an indoor play ground (fully enclosed which held back the noise), and free WIFI.
