Walked in and immediately felt at home. It’s definitely a local favorite. Great Beer selection. They make their own Blue cheese dressing — you should try it! I had their hogans bites … It’s simply marinated steak. I am a snob when it comes to steak — a good piece of meat should never be marinated. With that said, it was a nice marinade — just not for me. Potato was perfect.

Great burger and excellent beer list of local and international offerings. The Shroomer and Greek burgers were satisfying and fresh. Paulaner Hefeweizen with orange followed by Rogue Hazelnut Brown were great beers. The ice tea pleased my non alcoholic partner, not that I’d admit to excessive beerism. Services were prompt, friendly, and informative. Right on Main St with easy and free parking! Finished with German chocolate cake!

Been there twice thinking the first time was just a bad day, wrong. Both were slow rude service not busy either time, food was ok. My fault for going back but I like giving second chances

I love this place! It feels like a true pub! The service is great! My favorite is the blue cheese salmon! But everything is good!

This is a great place to hang out with friends. It does not have that sleazy«meat market» vibe that many other bars in the area have. The food is good and the selection of beer is amazing. The atmosphere is laid back and fun. It is a great place to grab a burger and beer with friends.

45 minutes later and still no burger, and It was a to go order. I cancelled it and they were pissed… so was I. Don’t go on a Tuesday night if you want to eat. They did refund my money, but I was ready to leave well before that and was about to just give them the 10 bucks so I didnt have to wait any longer. I left a tip anyways because the bartender was mad I was mad and cancelled. I am usually pretty easy, but this was just a burger… very dissapointed. I was hungry and wanted to eat dinner. She did make me a good drink to start, so the one star goes to her. I try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but it was pretty upsetting.

This small town bar feels like a neighborhood pub in a hip city. Their selection of beer is excellent and their bartenders will make you any cocktail you can think of. The food is reliably good, and they keep the fryers open for late snackers.

Very good bite-size steak(not fried like many other places), good fries, very good ranch dressing for the salad. They also have a really good cider on tap. Looking forward to trying some more things on the menu.

Awesome! Really good! I got the salmon burger and it was outstanding. Well cooked and very flavorful. My companion got a Hawaiian and it was equally good. The homemade ranch dressing is divine! Great service, too! The young woman working the bar, Malory, was friendly, prompt, thoughtful, and courteous. Not too noisy for us old fogies, and busy but not jammed at six pm. Definitely visit this place when you are in town!

low key atmosphere. great selection of beers. Be sure to ask if Mom has made a special desert and order early because it sells fast. Tony’s specials are great – take a risk on something different when he offers it as a special

Stopped here on 10÷22÷13 while road tripping through the scenic river valleys of Idaho. Good, friendly service at the bar and oddly amusing retro décor throughout. Ordered the«finger steak» — apparently a local tradition — on the recommendation of numerous patrons, after being assured that *here* they are grilled(NOT breaded and deep fried). I’ll give them a 3 out of 5 for being well-seasoned and tasty but still just average bar-quality beef.(If I had a do-over, I’d probably just go with a burger.) The french fries, however, were stellar, as was the extended conversation w/a well-read theatre/film buff about the Lord of the Rings films and tangential topics. I rate the fries a 4.5 and the conversation and local company/color a 5.0.

Hogan’s is a small place, so get in early on a Friday evening. The interior is an old fashion bar, which I liked immediately. They have a full bar with a decent selection of craft beers including a locally brewed tap. We all ordered food: a couple ordered the Bite-Size steak, which was rated as very good. I had the bacon cheese burger: very good and exactly the way I ordered it. The staff was friendly and made us feel like«regulars». The only reason we didn’t score five stars is because service was slow due to the placed was packed. Great place; we’ll be back.

Went here tonight cause of all of the 5 star ratings, but I just can’t say that this is as good as it gets(like everyone else did). We went here tonight for dinner and yes the atmosphere is great, but the food and service were just a-ok. I ordered a burger and my colleague the salmon. His was dry and overcooked, mine was pretty boring. The service was friendly albeit slow. I wouldn’t mind returning, but there are other places in the area that I’ve eaten at this week that were better.

Love Hogan’s!!! They have great customer service and awesome entrée choices. It’s a great place to meet up with friends and celebrate the day. If you need an excellent option for unwinding in a casual atmosphere with great food, Hogan’s the place!

This is a very nostalgic place. Great bite size steak a terrific valley tradition, grilled not battered & fried like most valley bite size! If you have not stopped in it should be a must on your walk/visit up historic Clarkston. Good micro brew, wine & full bar selections.

Every single home visit brings me to Hogan’s. It’s the«go to» meet-up place for mini reunions, or for people who want to hear some fun live music. If you know the LC Valley area in general, you won’t believe the oasis of artsy/underground culture that exists at Hogan’s. Even so, if a bunch of camouflage walked into the room, I don’t think there’d be a problem, because people go to Hogan’s for a laid-back good time, not to talk about political beliefs or religious affiliation. The bite-sized steak is super satisfying, and don’t’ forget to check out the micros!

This little bar holds the distinction of turning me towards spinach. Years ago I had the best spinach burrito EVER. And in all places, a dive bar in Clarkston WA. This place has the best food for a bar. Hands down. Staff– A+. Service is awesome. I would recommend anyone making their way through Clarkston to stop at this place for even lunch. It’s worth it.

This place is straight out of Olympia. Dive feel, no smoking, great burgers, sharp waitstaff. Did I mention the live music? I feel closer to home here.

When I come back home to visit, this is typically my first stop. My friends have been coming here(and working here) for years. I saw my first show here, had my first drink here, etc. Honestly, a wonderful establishment with lots of history and character. The food is on-time. Especially the bite-sized steak and the blue moon Burger. Their bartenders can make a mean drink. The regulars are cool as hell. Really, it doesn’t get any better than this. A few years back, the place got a few new coats of paint, but the vibe is still the same… awesome. This is one of those bars that if you come in a few times, people know your name and what you’re drinking… and who doesn’t love that?!
