This is probably my least favorite McDonald’s in our area. The service tends to be terrible and slow and the food never seems fresh. The tea often tastes sour or spoiled. That being said, it is conveniently located and I do go to this one sometimes. It has seemed to improve recently. Tonight I got the basket of fries, as the selling point is that they are made fresh. They definitely were not fresh… they were barely warm. Disappointed as usual.

When traveling, one wants something quick. We never stop of Mickey D for anything other than breakfast and that’s generally when Chick-fil-a isn’t an option. We stopped here because Chick-fil-a looked ridiculously busy. I learned why. This McDonald’s seemed to have the soul sucked out of it through a tiny straw. The workers were slow speaking, seemed depressed, and In no hurry. Our order of a happy meal, 2 medium fries, and two burgers took 15 minutes from order payment to handing of tray. The manager was the only person who seemed to have any personality. She was apologetic for the delay and seemed friendly which is the reason for 2 stars and not 1.

Definition of fast-«moving or capable of moving at high speed» –Google Somewhere along their journey, at least as far as this particular McDonald’s concerned, this«fast food» chain has forgotten the meaning of the word fast. There is no reason to wait twenty minutes for two burgers. I would understand if this was a very busy time of day, but one in the morning? Disappointing to say the least, and the staff sound so miserable I’m almost afraid they’re going to spit in the food. I wish I lived in a town that never sleeps, but, when you don’t get off work until one in the morning, there aren’t a lot of options.
