It is not fair to make comments when the store is not able to defense themselves. I am the guy stood behind you waiting for my smoothies and heard your conversation (I waited for five minutes because you are unreasonable wanted to get a free smoothies), and I saw the whole incident when I came in. Your daughter dropped her smoothies by switching hand from one side to other. She was not hit by the door.
P. S. I go there all the times and I love Red Mango, the products are delicious and always have good service.

I would give 0 stars if that was possible. My daughter who frequents red mango regularly bought with her own money a smoothie for over $ 5. As she was walking out the door the door hit her shoulder and she dropped the smoothie and spilled the whole thing. She went back in and asked if it could be replaced and was told no by some young workers. I then went in and was told it was against their policy. I understood these young girls were just doing what they were told so I asked to speak to the manager. Shawn the manager was rude and ridiculous and refused to replace the smoothie. I have never in any other place had such poor customer service. I hope it was worth it Shawn. I will tell everyone I know not to go to red mango and my family will not be back. I guess you have never been educated in customer service. You should take a course in it Shawn it would help you skill set.

After craving fro yo and finding out other frozen yogurt chains have closed down in other towns, I found myself in Red Mango. It’s a reliable chain as I know there are plenty of options for flavors and toppings. It can get pricey with the toppings. I went with my siblings and our cups cost between $ 5-​$ 8. Random they also sell soup.

Fro yo. Assortments of toppings. Decent price (as long as you dont over do the fro yo and toppings it adds up quick). K pop playing on the tv. What more you want?

I ordered a berry smoothie in the large size. It was delicious. The establishment was just built in a brand-​new plaza, and it was extremely clean and pleasant. I will definitely be back often to try the yogurt and their other offerings.
