I came in to wire money with Western Union the owner was trying to assist me however she was very rude and condescending. I called the company that I was sending money to in order to assist her with her challenges. she was incompetent even after the information I provided and I had to leave to go to another Western Union for prompt service. the other Western Union was able to assist me within five minutes of the same document that was provided to this company. her excuse is she has an outdated Western Union system; and if she was not able to assist me no one else would be able to assist me because she has had 15 years of experience. I wanted to call and complain to the owner unfortunately she was the owner. In addition to her speaking to me with a condescending tone she was so rude that I could not get one word in edgewise.

The Village Postmark lost a package for our company that was valued at $ 2,225.00! After researching the package location with FedEx it was determined that this location is not a rergular pick spot for FedEx so Village Postmark walks the FedEx packages down the street to the US Post Office, FedEx drop box. Needless to say our parcel was misplaced, stolen or whatever. My fault I didn’t insure the package but I had used them for years and felt confident all would be good. They have been completey uncooperative, and lost my business as well as others. Shame on them. Here I come UPS store…

I’ve done business here a few times for shipping and notary services and I’ve always been impressed. I’m not sure how prices stack up to The UPS Store a few blocks away, but the service is what keeps me coming back!
