I love this place, I wish they would put one closer to my house. I get the Bourbon Chicken Bowl that comes with rice and grilled vegetables. I also like to get any of the fresh fountain drinks that they have to offer(lemonade, watermelon, hibiscus). The place itself is also nice and clean and the staff is great. Highly recommended

The food was great for a while but service was hit or miss. Now they converted it to buffet style and it has really gone down hill fast. Go back to making everything fresh, spend some money on a good young chef with a passion to make good food and you will be back on the right track.

Great customer service, very friendly and patient as it is my first time here. I was a little sad that they don’t make any smoothies with protein. But other than that, delicious and great price. Specially when drinks are 50% off between 3pm and 6pm.

This place has completely changed! Might as well be Chinese takeout! No brown rice and quinoa or steak or a hard boiled egg… Buffet take out line! So sad because they were great and now it substandard!

Yuck! I was debating between this place and waba grill but based on the reviews I decided to give this place a try. I ordered a salmon bowl for pickup. I went inside checked out their buffet style counter saw a lot of generic Chinese food just sitting out. When I got my salmon bowl($ 8) all it contained was white rice and the same veggies and salmon from the buffet counter. If I knew it was the same food being served I would’ve just got the all you can fit box for half the price and more food! And the taste was awful… with each bite I was hoping I won’t get food poisoning.

So I had plans to go to the Chinese restaurant next door, but decided to try The Rim instead. I’m glad I did. The food is much fresher than the Chinese place next door and it did not taste greasy… For the price its pretty good

Very good salmon bowl, and refreshing mint lemonade. Will be coming back! Service was also great! Update: seems like they have changed their menu… Now it’s more like a all you can fit in a box Chinese food, not a fan. There’s a Chinese food restaurant next door, why transition into that?! I’ve also walked in there two different occasions when they weren’t open yet, or they were already closed, but yet the door remained open. You should lock your door if you’re not ready for business.

Parking: private but directly in front can fill up. There’s other spaces east towards super King. Place: clean Service: staff is kind. Buffet style. Food: so originally it was an order style restaurant and they recently changed it to «all you can fit in the box» for a price. I love it. I like the idea. I like the food options. Healthy options and a few unhealthy options. They have the carbs/starchy options: white rice, fried rice and stir fried noodles. Salad bar with many veggie options! Entrée options: stir fried veggies, tofu with eggplant, grilled chicken, broiled salmon, beef broccoli, chicken broccoli, orange chicken, some BBQ pork. More that I can’t remember. Get as much as you can and be able to close the box. I love it. I come back at least once a week. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for a quick dinner, the service was great! The girls at the counter were friendly and helpful. The food was fresh, tasty and healthy. We will definitely eat here again. I loved the Chicken bourbon with all grilled veggies. My daughter had pasta and really liked it.

Did not really enjoy this place. My boyfriend and I went not that long ago and right when we walked in we were not greeted nor felt welcomed. A girl then comes out from the back to take our order. Being that it was our first time there, we did not know what to order. But we ordered off their pick three menu(?) The smoothies looked like they taste good(all the ingredients sounded very yummy) but they were not that great. I had a smoothie with passion fruit and pineapple(I forgot the last ingredient) and it was very bland. Even though they did use syrups and powders, it still had no flavor. That is something that I did not like. NOFRESHFRUITSMOOTHIES. Very disappointed. The tomato soup was too salty and very difficult eat because of all that excess sodium. To top it all off, the real one star winner, the girl that made the smoothies used one of their teaspoon measuring spoons to try the smoothies that she made!!! She dipped the spoon and tried it… WHAT?!! Can you say health code violation?! Yep. Not worth my time.

This place is completely different then what I thought it was going to be. I got the beef brisket bowl and when I got it I was surprised to see meat that looked nothing like beef brisket. I had a bowl full of fatty strings of beef. It was not good. I was very disappointed with my meal. The staff there is was very nice and friendly, but the food was not good at all.

I tried this place with a co worker today. I hate to say this but it was not good at all. I got the fill your box lunch and everything tasted very generic and who puts red beans in fried rice! I felt this place is wannabe asian food but all of it really taste like frozen food warmed up. Never ever again. I am completely grossed out. Sorry I hate giving a bad review but I had to possibly warn people not to waste your money eating here. Oh and it is listed as Juice Bar, Salad & Smoothies. It is not even that at all.

Friday night they were out of salmon and spinach. Short staffed and waited about 30 mins for a chicken plate and chicken sandwich. 20 minutes for a thai tea. Food was healthy and good but just took too long. Luckily we were not in a hurry. They forgot my grilled veggies and I had to ask for it. It was kind of oily and soggy. Facility was clean and the girl at the front was nice. Might try it once more.

Where do I begin? My bf and I have given this place not one but three tries now. There is so much potential, it’s really sad that it hasn’t improved. Everytime I’ve ordered food there have been multiple ingredients missing from my dish. The service was great and the girl who took our order tonight was super friendly. The music is so loud it’s nearly impossible to hold any kind of conversation. It doesn’t help that the music selection consist of one really loud smooth jazz song. Not one album literally one song on repeat. Everytime I have come here I hope it’ll get better and improve because the concept is great and it’s close to home. I am a big believer in trying a new place more than once over a span of time to allow them to work the kinks out. This place needs some major help. I most likely won’t be back.

Menu is hard to follow due to the lack of pictures depicting choices. I would really recommend: (1) Orchard Salad. It’s sweet, contains fruits, and drizzled in a tangy sauce (2) Green Goblin smoothie(coconut water substituted for the almond milk) Salmon bowl tasted ordinary. The salmon tasted a bit salty, but cooked well.

We gave it two tries. Once for lunch and once for dinner. The food is delicious… for the most part. But the kitchen is incredibly disorganized. I totally get that the food is cooked fresh but feeding a group of four one at a time is unacceptable. If other restaurants can figure out how to do it and still cook to order, then the owner/manager who seemed to be onsite tonight needs to figure that out and stop apologizing to people. We also watched a group of 6 get fed one at a time and the poor young man who was fed first politely waited for the rest of the party to be fed and his meal was cold by the time all meals were served. On arrival, we waited our turn to be served while making our choices on the very pretty menu. A couple came to the other register and were irate about the fact that their meals took so long to come out and weren’t made correctly. We stayed anyway. Girl one ordered the zucchini caprese pasta only to be told that it is not yet available so she ordered the pesto instead.(Hint: Don’t put out your new menus until you have all items ready to go) Girl two ordered pasta carbonara. Husband ordered salmon bowl cooked well done. I ordered seared tuna bowl cooked medium. Girls ordered side salad, we ordered to grilled vegetable sides. Twenty-five minutes after ordering, our food arrived(we now this because we were watching the end of a college football game online while we waited). One at a time. Thankfully, girls were fed first, including a gigantic side salad which at $ 4 was the deal of the evening. Our bowls arrived next and salmon was under cooked and tuna was overcooked — whatever, we were hungry. But, Girl 2 asked where the peas were in her carbonara — she really likes them, the dish is traditionally made with them. I asked and she got a small cup of edamame. Don’t put peas on the menu if you are going to cook it with edamame, by the way. Girl 1 said that her pasta was supposed to come with tomatoes and red peppers and it did not. She asked for more cheese and oddly the server asked if Girl 2 wanted her to return the dish to the kitchen for it or bring a side. We asked her to bring a side. The sides of grilled veggies were not really veggies. Good, but not what you might call all veggie — it was a mix of potato, sweet potato and carrots. Don’t say veggies if you are going to serve potatoes. The salmon and tuna bowls are good — brown rice/quinoa blend with tuna or salmon, a hard boiled egg and green onions. It’s a flavorful dish without sauce or fuss. That said, I don’t know if we will go back. They just can’t seem to get it together in the kitchen. There were three or four cooks and the owner/manager and one would think that with that many back there, it would run more smoothly but sadly, it does not. Perhaps take out in the future?

The restaurant was clean, refreshing and welcome. All the staff I encountered were friendly and the owners, I’m assuming, we’re hands on. It’s good to see management work with the staff to maintain a positive environment. One owner personally came over to ask me how my meal was and if there was something they could improve. My 8 yr old niece mentioned that the place would be a good place to hang out. I had the salmon bowl, the salmon was cooked perfectly and the quinoa and vegetables were all balanced well. The flavors are uniquely delicious and it’s good to have healthy options around town. The portion size was more than I needed and it felt good to know what I was eating was benificial for my body rather than detrimental. I loved the customer service(high five to my cashier), the food and the environment. I will definitely be back.
