The Bath Workshop

This might be my favorite store I’ve ever been to in my life. I spent over two hours in this small cozy store, and it was so much fun to design my scent and mix scents together. I’m really happy with my creations (e.g. «Fig kiwi green tea» and «tea rose green tea sunshower») They have 200 scents to choose from and something for everyone. Tons of products for humans and even some for pets! You get to choose your colors too, which is also fun. I got so excited I almost bought stuff to wash my cats… until I remembered that I don’t wash my cats. The salesperson was extremely helpful and never made me feel badly for asking questions. I’m in love with this store and will definitely be back!!!

Love the fact they have lotions, detergent, soaps and so much more.
Best part is that the items can be customized with the scent (s) and color (s) of your choice. The owners son was assisting me and he was so helpful.
Purchased 2 kinds of lotions, spray deodorant, bath bombs, scrub, room bead deodorant and more.
You can also purchase a small size of the lotion to try out first. Can’t wait to go back.

I went to this place for the first time a few days ago and I’m in LOVE with the products I purchased. I got the body scrub and face wash. I’ve been having bad breakouts and within days I’ve seen a difference on my face. I love that you can also pick an essential oil to go in the products. I’m going back next week to get different products from them! :) Also the gentleman who helped me was super nice and helpful!

I have been coming here for seven years and love it. I have sensitive skin and have never had a problem with these bath and body products.
I have now created a vanilla scent and pumpkin/​fall scent in lotion and scrub form. They have both been amazing and lasted for at least six months (the smallest sizes). I am a runner and love to use the scrubs after long runs on my feet.
I have also used the bath balls and salts and they leave your skin soft and smelling wonderful. My favorite scents are vanilla and the love one (I can’t remember the exact name).
Go here! You will not be disappointed!

Really nice place to buy natural products and add your own scent. Had a lot of fun. The products are great. Well worth the trip.

I feel about aromas the same way a foodie feels about food. I usually avoid them since I know they are trouble for my wallet but how could I resist when we found out they were dog friendly! We had to go! And omg the salt scrub is TO DIE FOR. The perfect mix of moisturizing and exfoliating! The salt grain was perfect not so small it feels like nothing not too big so that it’s ripping your skin off. And the essential oils oh my goodness they smell amazing.
We got dog shampoo and mixed our own scent and it was the best shampoo ever! It smells amazing and it’s a perfect consistency for bathing them. I had to try it out that same day!!!
I wanted the whole store and the staff is über nice and patient. I was too overwhelmed to remember her name sorry! But I’m in trouble. I can’t wait to go back!
Also, I get really bad hives on my face and their Blemish Balm nearly zapped them all in one application!
Did I mention that unlike the organic puppy shampoo I usually use (the scent quickly dissipates), the custom made scent is amazingly rich, long lasting and just heavenly?! My house smells like a spa! This review is all over the place! But you should have seen me bouncing around in this nirvana of scent-​ly delights. It might seem pricey but once you read the ingredients and compare those to bath and body works for example you realize you are actually getting more product and less filler.

I was looking for the store on Indian Hill sad the thought of this store like others closed down. So happy to find the store just a few blocks away while strolling around Claremont. Greeted by Britney while she helped another customer. Decided to look around and try lotions & creams. Britney helped me select the shea cream and suggested to add a scent. I selected lavender. Thank you Britney. Will be back to get salt scrub.

Love this store! Had the best experience here making my own perfume scent and bath salts! Great for gifts too!

First I love the store and the products. We originally found them at thier other store while up in Big Bear. The massage oils are the best I have ever found! It is so good we drive all the way from Orange County to refill our supply when we run out.
I was very upset a few months ago when I raced up there and got there at 4:50 pm and they were closed even though the posted store hours said they were open until 5 pm. I called and left a whiney message on the voice mail and planned trying to find another source for our love oils.
The owner called me the next day to apologize and let me know they had to close early for a family emergency. She shipped the oils to me for free (overnight) and doubled my order and gave me a deep discount. WOW.
I love family run stores and try to support them. I understand we all have tough days. To thier credit they took a tough situation and made me a life long customer.
The owners, the product and the store are great. Go in for date night and try some oils and lotions. You will be pleased at the results (wink).

I really liked the shop and the concept behind it, especially that it’s eco-​friendly. Sadly, I was disappointed by the lip gloss I bought. It was rancid (natural products tend to go bad faster). I could not return it because I was just passing through on my way to San Diego. By the time I discovered the problem, it was too late. I am posting this so that other potential consumers make sure to double check the quality of their purchases and avoid heartbreak.

Thanks you so much for great service beyond hours of operation. Came by to purchase a birthday gift for my friend and the transaction was great. My friend loves the aloe /​white tea scrub and lotion. Would recommend this place for personalized attention and for a unique fragrance.

This place is great for gift ideas! On multiple occasions I have found some really great, unique gift ideas. My favorite is the little soaps that look like fortune cookies. They even box them up in a little take-​out box. Got those for my sister (an avid bath taker) and she loved them. Also, the hand scrub they do feels awesome…

I am a fan! I found this gem when staying in Big Bear and I needed a refill on the mister with my fragrance. So glad I remembered them. Great prices, super quick delivery (2 days!) and even got a handwritten card from the owner. So worth it to support a well run small business like this!

What a great store! I needed some of their super cute fortune cookie soaps for a teacher appreciation lunch and they gave me a discount because it was for teachers! So classy !

Stopped by to get some products for our vacation trip — Our 1^st visit to the store.
Awesome store and so much fun. The guy (sorry did not get his name) was so helpful. Our son (12) had a blast mixing his own scents for some lotion. We tried and bought the scrub. It’s fantastic. try it. At first I didn’t want to but jumped right in. We bought some air freshener also with a beautiful scent mixed by our host, and body oil and shave lotion. You pick your own scents and color, if you wish. They also have suggested mixes for people like me who do not have the talent to put things together.
We will definitely return.

Btw I went back because I realized I didn’t like one of the scents on my skin and Rachel was kind enough to adjust it for me without additional cost. She was very helpful! My boyfriend and I made our own scents and we are absolutely in love with them.
