Love this store! They have an amazing selection of quality cosmetics and personal grooming products and recently started carrying Love+Metal a hand made jewelry line made locally. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Cute little store. The employees are very nice and I love that they sell products that are based with natural ingredients.

I’m in love with this cute store. Finding the right foundation, concealer, blush has always been a problem, and to add to that I’m a hairstylist so I’m always getting heated with all the blow dryers so the wrong foundation can turn so fast to a completely different color and/​or sweat off. Well I FOUND that perfect foundation, concealer, blush and powder. I wore it today and all I have to say my face still looked freshed as it did when I applied it this am. I’m hooked Rouge bunny rouge milk aquarelle, imperceptible powder, their blush as well as rms concealer and bronzer. If I could give a ten for the customer service, knowing how to match my crazy skincolor I would, Ilo collective you rock and trust me when I say I will be telling everyone who will listen to me about your store as well as your products.

Purchased URSA MAJOR facial products on ⁹⁄₁₀. Jennifer was extremely helpful. The level of customer service she extended was AWESOME!!!

I love the service and the attentiveness of the staff… all are very knowledgeable, down to earth, and generous with samples and their time. All of my Oribe, R+CO, Verso, Absolution products have been purchased here and I keep going back for more of their organic and non-​toxic goodness!

I love their modern boutique styled store. The representative is always so nice and helpful. This is my go to place for the Oribe Texturizing Spray. Great service and products!

I visited Ilo Collective today. It was my second time visiting. The owners were the ones working at the store and were incredibly sweet and kind people (:
Products: Ilo collective carries lots of natural/​organic skincare and beauty products. Perfect for the Claremont community, if you ask me! They also carry RMS makeup, which makes my hippy dippy heart happy.
Ambiance: The store is located in the village, right on Indian Hill. The store is filled with light and the products are displayed neatly all around. Testers are available for most products.
Parking: Since the store is located on Indian Hill, you can pretty much park anywhere in the village and walk to this place within five minutes. I like to park on the street.
Service: The folks who work at the shop are super nice! I’ve been twice and both times I’ve had great experiences. They ask you if you need help, are happy to answer questions, and also happy to leave you to try the different items in the store.
Overall: I really liked my experience here and will be coming back.

This place is very chic and I love that they carry oribe because it can be a bit hard to find in store! Although, the man working didn’t seem very knowledgeable and outgoing. I kept trying to ask questions and make conversation and after a while I felt uncomfortable. If I’m paying over 100 dollars on shampoo and conditioner I’m going to have a lot of questions about it. Overall, I’ll definitely came back for the PRODUCT only because it’s the only place I can find it.

The space was so well put together. I splurged on some r+co products and looked around for far too long. So many things I want! I’m coming back to buy their secret grove perfume/​cologne. I don’t know of any places besides a shop in LA that sells r+co’s amazing dry shampoo. I’m so excited to have found this place. Jennifer helped us out. She was so informed and very attentive. There was another woman in the store when we walked in who was being helped. Jenn managed to provide all of us with the right amount of attention and space all while doing the other woman’s make-​up and answering all of our questions (many before we even asked then aloud).
I’ll definitely be returning. Come here for quality hair and skin products. There isn’t another place like it in the IE!

I can’t say enough good things about ilo– there is so much care not only in curating the brands carried and standing behind their quality but also in describing the brands and their intentions to me as a customer when making a decision so that I always feel very confident in my purchases (even down to my rgb nail color) — having such a conscientious space to discover new brands is refreshing. the thoughtful selections carried at ilo have allowed me to be more open and consider brands I’ve never heard of before– which have thus far exceeded my expectations on all fronts. a few new favorites are absolution skincare, rms living luminizer, and rouge bunny rouge — specifically an ox blood mascara that is the best most subtle shade of pink in the right light.

Situated in the heart of Downtown Claremont, Ilo Collective offers modern elegance through its clean, minimal appearance and its upscale, premium sourced products ranging from shave salves, mineral based cosmetics, delicious fragrances and tantalizing candles. The store always has friendly and knowledgeable sales associates, and appeals to both Gentlemen and Ladies alike. Some of my favorite lines include D. S & Durga, Meow Meow Tweet and R+Co …the gentleman in my life loves the Ursa Major Shave products. Expertise is always available.
