Domino’s Pizza

This is a really good place definitely want to get the manager if you can get him he makes the best pizza out of everybody whenever I go to a pizza place I like to get extra sauce and usually it’s either drowning or they just don’t put enough extra sauce here they know how to get it just right I usually come in for carry out and the place is usually pretty clean and as soon as I enter the building I’m greeted I will definitely be returning to this place.

Cashier was very nice but my food had a dated sticker on it for ⁶⁄₁₅ when I got it ⁶⁄₁₄. it wasn’t as appealing as they usually are. More flat and cheese didn’t look any good.

I love the online app! I’ve ordered pizza a few times now from this location and the orders have always been delivered in a timely manner and accurate. The pizzas are delicious and reasonably priced as well. Domino’s doesn’t seem to skimp on their toppings like the other pizza chains either. The pizza sauce is very tasty too. Their salads are nothing special though; they’re just like the pre-​made salads from Von’s so I recommend passing on them. Just stick with the pizza and you’ll be fine!

I don’t know where to start with this establishment. I would give 0 stars if I could. Aside from the quality of the food being subpar at best, this location employs very unprofessional employees (I attribute that to low pay and unhappiness within the workplace) and even more unprofessional upper management (I wonder where the employees get it from). General manager Mike instructs his employees not to give any information out about him such as the next time he is in the restaurant or even simple information such as his name. District manager, Isreal, could care less about the nonsense that goes on at this location despite the fact the employees act unprofessional to the point where the police are called. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when I refused to pay for a pizza after I witnessed manager Carlo picking his nose in the back. Since I placed the order online, my card was already charged. Since the charge was pending, I figured since I refused the pizza that the charge would fell off. Wrong! They still manually put the charge through knowing that I never received a pizza. When I called them about my refund, the kid that answered the phone refused to give his name or the general manager’s name and told me there was no record of my order and that I would have to wait until Mr. Unknown aka the general manager was in the store. I had no idea when the manager would be in because that information is apparently top secret as well and was refused to be disclosed. I actually had to end up calling the police because the kid hung up on me. When the police arrived to take a report, the officer attempted to call the store to get the issue resolved and they hung up on him as well! The office was not happy and made a trip up to the store where magically my order was located and a name and the number of the general manager was given. The GM was actually contacted by the officer and he assured him that he would reach out to me to refund the transaction by 9pm the following night. He also told the office that I am not allowed to order from that location again like that was a punishment. I guess if I want boogers in my pizza I would be sad. The office returned and gave me the name and number of the GM and told me to call him if he didn’t reach out to me the following day by 9pm. Of course, I was not contacted. I texted the GM because at this point I was so disgusted that I had no interest to speak to him, plus I wanted the text message for my records. He then had Carlo (the nose picker) call me where he began to verbally abuse me on the phone so I just ended the call. I then tried to call the GM and he mistakenly answered the phone thinking I was Carlo and he said «She is calling right now. Hold on, let me block her.» I thought that was hilarious. I texted him and let him know that I would be reporting the transaction as fraud with the police report number that I was given since he wanted to «block me» and not handle the situation as a normal GM would. So 2 days later after 2 calls into the District Manager, Isreal (I had to get his information from a sister store), I reported the charge as fraud to my bank after no response from the DM. Luckily, I was reimbursed but can I say more issues than Vogue with this location? Bye Felicia… or should I say Felipe?

I tried to place an order 15 minutes before closing, and got multiple error messages. It gave an option to call the store, so I did, and no one picked up. I had the phone ringing for 10 minutes and tried calling multiple times. I don’t know if the people working decided to ignore the call because it was close to closing, but I am very disappointed with the service, and will not be ordering from domino’s again. Look for other options.

Long wait, cold soggy pizza deliveries, mixed up or incomplete orders. Can’t do it anymore.
We’ve been picking up our orders lately because in the 7 years of living at this house we’ve learned that delivery just doesn’t work with these guys. We are just a 3 minute drive away but somehow our order never gets here any earlier than 45 minutes after the tracker says the driver is «on the way». It’s not worth it, by the time our pizza and wings arrive it’s all cold and soggy. Why pay $ 10 or $ 15 extra (after delivery fee and tip) to wait an extra hour for cold pizza? And sometimes they have the order wrong or forget to bring part of the order and have to go back, then it’s a whole other hour to wait on top of everything else. So we’ve just been picking it up ourselves.
Today we placed an order and picked it up after the tracker said it was all done and ready for pick up. It took about 5 minutes or so to leave the house and about 10 minutes total by the time we got there. And of course our order wasn’t ready, they told us that they hadn’t even started it yet. How does the tracking feature work exactly? Doesn’t matter because we don’t trust it at all now. Also they had a bunch of trouble finding the order ticket by name and phone number and also had trouble verifying that it had been prepaid online.
No matter how many years go by and how much the staff changes the one and only thing that’s been consistent are the mistakes. Constantly mixing up our address, long wait, cold food, forgetting items, completely losing our order and straight up just not making it at all. There are some other pizza places around the area that have popped up over the years, Dominos was a convenience and we’ve given a lot of grace until now. But the reality is that it really is not convenient. We’re gonna take our business elsewhere from now on. But if for some reason the management and crew get it together, maybe someday we’ll give them a try again. Maybe.

So bomb! Thin crust pepperoni and extra sauce!!! Quick, cheap, and delicious. Thanks Dominos team for the great service.

So out of the three main competitors (Pizza Hut papa johns and dominos) I actually like dominos the best. Particularly this location. I have ordered from the one in Fontana quite a bit, but was visiting friends and ordered from this location.
Super friendly staff. Even though they were super busy on a Saturday. I was greeted right when I walked in. It was super upbeat in the store and the staff was really young and seemed like they were having fun .
I had to wait a couple mins for my order to be ready but I was cool to see them make the pizzas.
I ordered the two medium two topping deal which was a steal considering they are only 5.99 each. The pizzas were so yummy they opened the boxes and showed them to me and they also gave me a free Parmesan bread bites!
I was a little disappointed that they now charge for cheese and pepper but at the same time you get a nice full sized shaker for .99 cents plus I have Parmesan cheese in the fridge already.
I’m sorry to read that some ppl have had trouble ordering from this location but I guess some people can’t be pleased.
Also the store seemed nice and clean
Overall I definitely recommend this location !!!

Okay I give up, decided to try to give this place another try I tried to order the carry out special online and ask before I started do I need to order it online for the special or can I do it over the phone. I told her there’s a special online 3 med pizzas unlimited toppings she said the 8.88 one and I said yes. I did my orders for all 3 and after she said the total was 36 and hung up. I did quick math and realized it was more than it should’ve been and called back someone else answered and looked at my order and said it was 3 meds 2 toppings and the extra charges was for toppings uhhh huh. He told me just to go online and redo the order and they would send it out, I just told him to cancel everything. Sorry but it shouldn’t be this difficult to order a pizza.

Basic instruction…
Let me start off by saying I’m a very fair and understanding adult. I just called in and ordered 2 medium pizzas and some BONELESS wings with some BASIC INSTRUCTIONS… I mentioned that my wife and I have a newborn and to please call when your out front, not to f*#cking bang on front door and have my f*#cking dog barking like we have an intruder coming in waking up our newborn! After I got the household situated, I open up our wings… come to find out there bone in which is completely wrong! Besides the baby being woken up and the dog barking, my food is now wrong! Why is it so hard to follow basic instruction??? I now understand why this place is so f*#cked up! I deal with millions of dollars day in and day out! What is so hard about getting a standard 30 dollar order correct? Don’t worry I’ll wait…

the prices at dominos are so cheap it’s unbeatable by a long shot. last time my family placed an order for pick up the other day it took them a little longer than expected but they were so nice and gave us a free soda on the house and the pizzas were perfect. I promise round table has got nothing on the prices here. also we did wait on hold for a minute but to their credit they were super busy when we walked in

To be honest I think this is the best location in the area I live closer to the Pomona one but this one just has better quality and the staff is always friendly. Ordered about a week ago they were busy and had a fully lobby but they still took good care of us and the pizzas were deliciosa

After ordering here again only because it was the only pizza place open the person who answered was exceptionally great on the phones so thank you for having great customer service two thumbs up I will continue to order here.

This location is the best Dominos I’ve ever had. I order from them about every other week and they are always very quick (25 – 30 minutes), order is correct, and the pizza is very good. Yes there are better pizza, but you won’t be paying $ 6 – 7 for it! I consider myself lucky to have this location be in my delivery area.

I love this dominos! Great pizza, great service. Every time our delivery driver is Ryan the pizza gets here extremely fast, always fresh, & he is very polite. My pizza always comes out correct and delicious. Hands down the best dominos in the area.

Great place. We order a bunch of pizzas most Friday nights and the order is always perfectly done and the pizzas delicious. The manager is also super friendly and really helpful.

This local Dominos has gone through a change of management, so there have been some good changes. Some trouble with getting pizza in our area a couple of times, but otherwise I would say its good.
I wouldn’t order chicken from them or sandwiches. Just not good. Definitely order their pizza. That is a solid.
