Payless Shoesource

I had forgotten to pack my dress shoes on this trip so I needed to buy some dress shoes before we headed to the mountains. I was in Target and called the store and found out they were only open for another 5 minutes. Their employee Dow said she would wait for me so I walked in right at 9PM and found what I needed in about 5 minutes. She didn’t rush me at all and I was very grateful she kept the store open a few minutes longer. Thank you Dow for your great customer service! I hope your manager will see this and know what a great employee you are that gives fantastic customer service!

I used to enjoy coming here but my last experience made me feel like my business wasn’t appreciated. I came in 2 days in a row and on the 2^nd time, the sales girl made a rude comment under her breath to the cashier that I was back again, and they weren’t friendly when I went to check out. I think they didn’t like the fact that i was using another coupon to get a good sale price on my items. Otherwise it’s usually a good store to go to. Nice selection and usually attentive sales-​clerks.
