If you are looking for a mediocre sandwich go for it. Yuck. Bacon is undercooked and my bread was hard

****WARNING: FOOD POISONING**** I had tuna last night and have been so sick for the last 16 hours. we let them know and they basically had nothing to say other than «do you want your money back?» I’ve had it in the past and was fine but STEER CLEAR!

This place would rather make a sandwich fast than good. They don’t ask you any questions, give sauce on your sandwich or even give napkins. Do yourself a favor and go to the nearest Subway.

I was shocked at the price, quality and selection of condiments here, the sandwich was good, but the cheese, and meat, were so thin I could see thru it, they have no reg mustard, only one kind of cheese, and pickle you have to buy for $ 1.50, which is a giant deli pickle, fine but seriously, no sliced pickle for a gourmet sand shop? I won’t be back, I can get a 12″ sand with dozens of toppings and condiments for $ 5 at subway… sorry jimmy johns, you need to wake up.

Husband and I wanted a quick place to get some sandwiches to take hiking. The bread was great but other than that, nothing special. Next time we will just do Subway. Subs are bigger and cheaper.

Drivers are disrespectful and have no regards for driving laws. I was stopped at a stop sign and a driver tried to squeeze by me to go straight while I was at a 4 way stop to turn. There is no room to «squeeze» by at this stop. Totally unacceptable. Wait your turn like everyone at the 4-​way. They also speed through the busy target parking lot. There are families and kids in this parking lot. Not ok. I even stopped by the shop right after the incident and spoke to the «manager» who basically dismissed me. I work in customer service and I will not be supporting this location due to their lack of respect for safe driving.

They are freaky fast! Good sammy’s, friendly staff, comparable price even with del. Better quality ingredients than subway, that’s fo sho! Delivery radius isn’t huge, but then they wouldn’t be freaky fast! Which is really the only gripe from ppl on here, how they aren’t that far and can’t get delivery… to them I say, well, I don’t see anyone else who does what they do, and they are still new to ptown, and growing fast. They’ll probably fill in the non-​delivery gaps in the next year or two, til then just go in LIKE EVERY OTHER STORE and they will be freakier faster! Great business, amazing how they get those kids to hustle like that!

Well its total bullshit that they are unable to deliver to me when i live a mile away from them.

I was really craving a BLT. So I stopped at Jimmy John’s, my first experience at this sandwich shop. I was excited to see they listed a BLT on their menu.
The excitement ended quickly when I bit into the lettuce filled, precooked-​limp (lack of flavor) bacon, sandwich.
I really don’t understand why the company would put this truly disappointing sandwich on their menu.
Now I don’t think I will give any of the other sandwiches a try for fear of more disappointment. Sighs and sadness from my tastes buds.

I love jimmy johns but this one is awful. I ordered a #5 with extra sauce extra lettuce and cucumbers didn’t get cucumbers barely got any lettuce barely got any sauce meet or anything wtf!!! So mad I tipped so well but I thought it was going to be amazing. So upset deff going to beg he other store to deliver too me and double there tip lol. #bummed I loved you jj.

We showed up from a long ride in the car at 9:05 pm and asked what time they close? They told us 9:10 smiled and happily made our sandwiches! Hard-​to-​find service like that anymore. We will be back and the food was great!

I’m in love with this place! They do have freaky fast delivery and whenever you call they call you by name and you never have to tell them your address or info they keep it all on file. I’ve never had any issues with this location they know me well at this point! I have done pick up and delivery from there and it’s always good food, fast service and pleasant customer service. The subs are delish and so much better than subway– which use to be my staple. The french bread is so good I could any sandwich if it was in that bread. I’m pretty sure I’ll be blaming JJ for my next 10 lbs.

I just redeemed a gift card for this Jimmy John’s location. I think I ordered without realizing they were not even open yet but they accommodated me anyways due to an issue with a previous order. Jimmy John’s cares about customer retention and satisfaction. I will Def come back to this location and recommend them to anyone! Oh yeah and the sandwich was freakin on point!

We were getting hungry for lunch and didn’t feel like cooking. We chose Jimmy John’s because it was close and not fried. The fact that they had online ordering made it all that much better. The online ordering process was simple, while still allowing you to fully customize your sandwiches.
I ordered the Vito with extra meat and my husband ordered the Country Club and added onions, bacon, mustard, and avocado. Both sandwiches tasted amazing and were enough for two meals each. We also each got a delicious bag of their kettle style chips, which were totally worth the little extra.
We also opted for having it delivered. We were skeptical of having it delivered because we were starving and didn’t want to wait, but holy crap was it quick. It took them less time to deliver our food than it would have taken me to get in the car, drive down there, and drive back. Not only was it quick, but after the guy who delivered our food literally ran back down the stairs after finishing up with us. They really don’t lie when they say «freaky fast delivery» on their cups.
