Always quick and food is always hot. I’ve only had one problem with a sandwich being a little too greasy but they happily replaced it the next time I ordered.

Ordered two pan pizzas, both were raw. Called to tell them and they sent out another raw pizza. If you like take and bake, call someone else. If you like your pizza cooked, call someone else.

Driver showed up with my order and I tried to pay for a $ 22 order with a $ 50. Driver didn’t have change so he called his manager and this idiot tells him to drive back, with my food, get change and then bring my food back. I call the manager and ask if I really have to pay full price for my pizza that’s gonna be cold. He asks me if there are any stores close to my house that I can run to and break the 50… wtf. If I wanted to leave my house I wouldn’t of ordered delivery. My 5 year old has better customer service than this place. Driver comes back and has 18 dollars… so I paid $ 32 for a cold pizza and some undercooked chicken wings. Driver was super nice and apologetic. He was even willing to give me money out of his own wallet to make up the difference but I said no because that shouldn’t be his responsibility. He’s the only reason this is a 2 star and not a 1.

I was unable to get the online ordering to work, so I called to place my order. I had asked if I can get the same price as the online coupons(3 or more large for $ 7.99 each). The young man that answered the phone let me know that if I place the order with him, I would be paying«at least double that price». I asked if he could match the price, he told me that if I wanted to use a coupon then I should order online and hung up on me. I had guests still hanging around from a BBQ we hosted that afternoon, and lots of hungry kids. I ended up ordering 5 pizza’s online. The kids all wanted Domino’s. So they got my money anyway. The delivery man told me that he would let the manager know what happened. I also emailed Domino’s corporate. Zero response.

I just had a terrible experience here. I called to tell dominos they had messed up my order by putting the wrong toppings on half of my pizza, and that the boneless chicken had gross hard veins in it. I wanted a credit because replacing my order made my stomach turn. The manager explained that he was only offering me a replacement on just the pizza. I then spoke about the gross chicken. The lil snot then hung up on me! Worst customer service ever! I called back and he actually admitted he hung up it was no accident. We ordered a min once a week. They just lost me as a customer.

Has always been fast and friendly in my experience. Prices are reasonable. Always consistant. One of the go to dinner options when I’m feeling lazy.

Sorry but this is so wrong I don’t know who’s in charge of that store but they suck with the customer service, first of all the person I placed my order by phone took it wrong, I call to report it and the lady who answered tells me «you’ve got what you ordered» so am I calling you, just to make your day ugly??? Ugh! I’ve been a big fan of this pizza but they need to improve customer service for sure and please fix the app cause doesn’t work that’s how I usual place my order and most of the time I order the same so that means you don’t keep track of your customers orders.

As a youth pastor, I order a lot of pizza. A lot. These guys have been consistently fine over the years, just what I can expect from a big corporation: quick service, convenience, and not a lot of personal touch. And honestly, that’s understandable. But that was not my experience today. I have an event for some of my high school seniors tomorrow that I ordered pizza for online. I forgot to put in what time I was picking it up, so the website put it in for just about a half hour ago. I gave them a call a few minutes ago and apologetically told them my mistake, asking if I could reorder for tomorrow. Stephen took my call with patience and kindness, telling me that it wasn’t a big deal but that my pizzas were already made. He said that he’d put in my order and even asked if I wanted to make any changes to it, then on top of all of that, he told me a way that I could save four bucks off of that. Stephen is the man. He also told me that he was planning to snack on my mistake pizzas. Awesome.

I’ve tried now twice to order a pizza from this Domino’s. First of all they offer a coupon for a large pizza with your pick of toppings for 10 $ +; then mysteriously as you pick the toppings the price changes; be that as it may when the first pizza was delivered one topping was omitted; I gave feedback on their website rather than call and complain, thinking at least an apology might be forthcoming; BUT that did not happen. Today I tried it again, this time the pizza took a long time to arrive(the store is within 5 min away at walking distance, according to the little timeline on their website the pizza was delivered long before the delivery guy knocked on my door!!! ??? That be it as it may the pizza had the toppings I asked for BUT it was soggy and lukewarm, a real disappointment at a near 20 $ order. So I will not be lazy and order delivery from there again!

Customer service is not this locations specialty. Phoned in my order and showed up 15 minutes later for them to tell me it will be ready shortly…15 minutes later they tell me that I never called… but I can order now. Needless to say the garlic jims next door will be gaining all of my future pizza business even though they are double the price. What a shame. My only suggestion would be for them to figure out how to be more organized and to provide decent customer service. By the time they have that figured out I’ll be ordering from next door.

Cheap $ 5.99 large pizza for kids. Friendly service, they have on occasion messed the order up and on one occasion they sent my pickup order out on another delivery. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes, annoying but not the end of the world.
