Applebee’s

This place has tasteless food. The bartender does not know how to make drinks. We spent $ 60 on food and didn’t eat any of it. How does this place make money with food that disgusting.

Finally, Applebee’s in our area, was excited and looked forward to the ambiance and good food.
Unfortunately not the experience that we had anticipated.
Ordered the All American hamburger no lettuce or tomatoes had to request them.
My All American hamburger appeared as though it was the doormat of Applebee’s from how flat it was.
The bacon appeared as though it shrunk tremendously when cooked. When I asked about the bacon Veronica bartender clearly pointed out the microscopic bacon on top, how could have I missed it.
Finally they brought 2 additional pieces of bacon
Ordered a tortilla soup appeared more like a dip, once again Veronica with her great customer service brought me a new one and told me that was as soupy as it would get. Heck what am I doing complaining about this great service and amazing food presentation.
Applebee’s should feel fortunate to have Veronica who was willing to put me in my place. What VERONICA lacked in customer service she made up for it with her nice nastiness. I’m sure as time goes on VERONICA will come to realize who ever she is texting in the corner by the register is not as important as the customer seated at her bar. Forget the burger with a chip of bacon and being told by veronica «don’t you see the bacon»
We will be visiting surrounding restaurants Applebee’s never again. I’m giving you two stars because you had TV and one star due to your extended hours.

Oh man!!! What a disappointment! First time here and I was expecting way better service!
The manager on duty was Sean passed by Us and not one word! The waitress Nicole was rude. Passed by Us About 10times and didn’t ask if we needed anything. When we were already done was when she decided she wanted to start serving us. Very very upset overall!

I’ve been to several other locations before, and their service here is good.
Food is good, had my sirloin steak cooked as I wanted and had that buttery season taste to it like West Covina’s location~ perfect and tender. I was given the choice of loaded mash potatoes, and disappointedly it DID NOT have bacon bits as described by the server :/​I was very hungry to really want to exchange my dish, but I wish I sticked to the garlic mash due to the server’s misleading description. Extra $ 3 for that ton of sour cream and shredded cheese that didn’t melt.
What also ding a star down is how the transaction went. I paid with my bank card. Once my receipt arrived to be signed, I noticed my card wasn’t returned. I press that button to call the server. He came back and had my card in the pocket of his uniform and explained he’s «been doing that all night». WELL, that’s not a good move to do because what if you were checking out 3 people in one go and they all paid with card (and perhaps they’re the same bank) and you’re in a hurry to get the receipt back to them? People could be going home with the wrong card and bill charged to them. And why in the first place would you even put it in your pocket when there’s little plastic sleeves all over the black book for the bill? This has happened to me as well at BJs and Chili’s so I’m a bit weary of servers like this :/​
Other than that, food was great and the whole décor was nice. Sadly no over the top crazy crap on the wall like the old Applebee’s.

Great food, great management, great location and more… Cmon down to your new neighborhood grill and bar.
