I lived here for few months. In those few months there was a change within the office staff. The change seemed to be a pretty smooth one. The only thing I would really complain about in these apartments were some of the neighbors. Not the BEST neighbors, but overall a decent place to live. Grounds are kept pretty clean, car seemed to be safe.

My aunt picked this place for me to rent when I moved down from LA, so I didn’t see it until I moved into it. Before I moved in, my dad did a walk-through of it and made them fix a bunch of stuff. This place was OK, I had a good apartment manager but she is gone now. It had 2 pools and I would usually tan at the big pool which was nice. The studio wasn’t bad; it had a patio and fireplace and bar. I also had a good parking spot right in front of my apt. I lived on the second floor and the concrete walkway in front of my door was all broken so thankfully there were the reinforcement bars. They promised to fix it before I moved in, but they didn’t. Then I consistently complained about it and they wouldn’t fix it. Finally a furniture guy told me to complain to the city and have someone take a look at it, which I did. Man that got fixed fast after that! The woman that worked for the city said she’s never seen something that bad. They also took a long time to do general repairs. They actually lost the tickets! So it was just OK, I wouldn’t live there again because the place I live right now is better, $ 100 cheaper, and in the same area.
