Costco Food Court

This is a review on the customer service department. NOT the food court. Although they could adopt a better system to get their customers food.

I have always gotten great service at this food court. The food is good and quick. Exactly what im looking for when I come here. im never disappointed.

Ok after one visit this is both my favorite and least favorite Costco Food Court.
1. They have pinpads to take AmEx or Debit cards at the food court!!! AWESOME!
2. The pizza was cut poorly and half of my daughters slice of pepperoni was missing pepperoni and was overcooked.
3. Their were no food court lines. This was amazing considering that they only had one condiment station and one drink station.
4. The polish dog that I received was overcooked and was well done also. I guess they want to make sure your food is cooked to the point of being dead.
5. You can prepay at the main registers and just go to a straight pick up line. This was a great way to expedite service IMHO.
So you get the great convenience with the overcooked food. If they dial back their temps or timing a tad, this place will be utterly awesome.
They had friendly service with a smile. Too bad they didn’t have a flourish as well… but you cant have your cake and eat it to. Nonetheless I was very happy coming to this location. It really was a nice fun quick visit.
